Out of the way, hard to find, very basic.
Pros:

Not much to like about this hotel. Had to stay because convenient for my route past the city of Dnipro, headed out East.

Cons:

Strange hotel, with not a single sign on it stating it's a hotel. ;-0)
Out of the way, you have to go directly through a truck weighing station to get there.
The staircase is very nice, but the rooms are basic, though I had a suite, which was large.
