大馬路有全家便利店，食店附近有很多種類。
基本上客房需要打電話通知才會清潔客房，毛巾也是一樣。
不嫌麻煩的話可以選擇日日打電話要求（多數第三日開始就會記得房號）
不好方面，隔音有夠差，離車站很遠。
隔音方面隔壁開電視的話，你在浴室可以聽到。隔壁在自言自語完全是可以聽到（淺眠會吵醒的程度）
儘管已知是相對比較舊的酒店，服務也有一定的質素，但淺眠就慎選

大阪駅からも割と近く、飲み屋街の近くでもあるので食べ物には困らない。
スタッフの方もとても親切で気持ちよく泊まれました。

禁煙室だったけど煙草なのかな？臭いが染み付いてる様な気がした。
あと壁が薄いので、隣の人のイビキとか聞こえますね。

二人で宿泊させていただきました。
充分なベッドの広さでゆっくり休む事が出来ました。

また、トイレと浴室がセパレートだったのと、とても清潔だった事、冷房も冷蔵庫も問題なく使用出来た事、フロントスタッフさんやレストランのスタッフさんの対応も丁寧で気持ちよく宿泊出来ました。

アメニティも一般的な物は揃っておりますが、スキンケア一式は置いていないので持参する事をおすすめいたします。

余談ですがホテル周辺は大人のお店も多く、過激な言葉が書いてあったりします。
お子様連れのお客様はお子様に上手くフォローしないといけないですが、こちらのホテルは充分オススメ出来ます。

９階のお部屋でしたが、話し声が聞こえる等、騒音に関しても問題ありませんでした。

ちなみに喫煙室、喫煙スペースなどは無かったので、タバコを吸われる方はスタッフさんに聞いてみてください。

大好きなお笑い芸人の公演とともに、素敵な二泊を過ごせました。

Pros:

It was a good place to stay! Comfortable bedding and of course, good hotel service. It was pretty convenient walking from hotel to Umeda station and a 20 min walk to places and restaurants as well as of course Umeda sky.

朝食と部屋清掃
Pros:

出張で連泊しました。毎朝、朝食メニューが同じで、毎日、嫌な感じでした。メニューが少ないなら毎日、変えて欲しいし、変えられないならメニューを大量にして欲しい。
部屋の清掃の件、基本、清掃する！　ではなく、基本、ｌ清掃しない！　と言う考え方らしく、毎日、部屋番号を伝えて清掃するお願いしなければならず、結構、面倒でした。
