Not really something great , if you are looking for cozyness

The location of the resort is good, and the weather in Mahabaleshwar was great. The staff was also polite and helpful.

Cons:

However, the stay was extremely disappointing. The room was very wet and cold, and the door was not closing properly. Because of this, there were water droplets/condensation everywhere in the room. The actual rooms were not as described or shown in the pictures.

We spent around ₹12,000 for 2 nights and 2 rooms, but honestly, the stay did not feel worth the money at all.

Good location and staff, but the condition of the rooms seriously needs improvement. I would expect much better facilities and maintenance for the price.

Only the location is good as everything is near by specially Market

Cons:

Cleaning was pathetic, pool was bad, bed wasn’t good.
I stayed for 3 Nights and i didnt had single food from
Hotel as the food was really bad not good kitchen zero cleaning i ate my all three meal from outside

Please do not get scammed by the photos. The location is close to the main market but is very poorly maintained. Smelled very bad and doors were broken. We had 2 rooms booked. Please do not stay in C3 and c4. Very very pathetic experience.

Pros:

The amenities provided were excellent from a well maintained swimming pool and Outdoor seating area. We especially enjoyed the outdoor garden, which was perfect for morning walks and hangout

A stunning location One of the best stay and enjoy the green nature. Hospitality was core, food quality was excellent, room was extremely clean, most important part is the staff of the place are extremely humble, soft spoken and most helpful. Front desk staff. Cons:

The property is neglected when it comes to maintenance. Washrooms were stinky , no proper cleanliness in the bedrooms and the living area . Furniture looked dusty, old and non maintained. I think if they work on maintaining the property it’s a very good place to stay at this cost . Also the food isn’t that great so I would advice eating outside rather .

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Coocasa Resort in Mahabaleshwar. The cottages were clean, cozy, and very well maintained. The owner was friendly and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The weather was amazing, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It was a peaceful place to relax, and we would happily stay here again.

I like the area, it was good

Cons:

The toilet was dirty and a foul smell came constantly from the toilet and the whole room was filled with that smell, asked room service to clean it but they couldn't get the smell out.

Pros:

We went to Mahabaleshwar and stayed at Coocasa. The property is calm and surrounded by greenery, which made the trip relaxing. The rooms were neat and cozy. The host was very welcoming and gave us good suggestions about places to see nearby.
