There is apparently smoking allowed in the building (either that or people were smoking there against regulations). My room smelled so heavily of smoke that it was hard to sleep. If smoking doesn't bother you, it won't be an issue for you. The street below can be loud at night, so pack some earplugs just in case. There are no amenities (which makes sense for the cost). There is an electric kettle but no cups are provided. The deadbolt on the door didn't work, and as a woman traveling alone that made me nervous, but it was fine in the end. The place seems safe enough. There is no toilet paper (but there is a bidet with heated water!) so if that is a thing you want, bring your own - I was able to buy tissues from a woman on the street. There is no housekeeping, and little staff support. If you want to stay here, just know what to expect.

I had a very uncomfortable experience here for several reasons:

Noise: There is a nightclub in the same building, and the loud music makes it nearly impossible to sleep at night.

Poor Check-in Experience: The receptionist (Damla) was extremely difficult to locate. Checking in was frustrating, and if you need assistance during your stay, don’t count on getting any help — she was never available.

Lack of Service: After check-in, there was no communication or support from the staff. There were no cleaning services at all during the stay.

Amenities: The room lacked even basic furniture—not a single chair or table. It came with only one large towel, no mugs (despite having a water boiler), and the sink water didn’t run properly.

Overall, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.

TV not working. No information. No staff giving information.

No cleaning all the time, they just clean once during my stay 14 nights. Also the rooms are smelly from bathrooms and stairs room. One of our keys was open the other room! So its not secure!
