Our stay at Indigo was a great experience. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was remodeled and the rooms were very clean. I would highly recommend it.

Rooms were excellent, nicely renovated, pool was a bit dirty, but its now out of season and probably unused anyway. Wanted to mention that there were some reviews mentioning no elevetor, which was totally incorrect! Everything was good, close to the beach and comfortable beds.

The view was excellent. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was wonderful.

Renovated room was nice. Ocean view was the best.

Room sheet was dirty the floor was nasty and sticky no TV that was working microwave smelled so bad and the refrigerator had a bad odor coming from it.

As other reviews have stated, you can tell that they tried to update the property. It is no longer associated with compass Cove. When you check in, you can tell that they tried however they didn't put a lot of effort into it. There was a big crack above the door to your hotel room, and the bed was also seemed like it was built by hand. The pool and the hot tub were dirty.

We were late coming in on a Friday night but once we got here, Shameka (I had to ask her name again....) welcomed us and gave us our card to get into our room. Too excited to sleep by morning it was simply beautiful! By our 3rd day, we discovered so many convenient places to go! 👣🚙
This is a very good location convenient to everything! The Indigo manager, Rikayah very friendly, when I took a concern to her, she was very attentive and very appreciative and took care of it. We are so happy here that we have opted for one more night!

Nice place

A good clean hotel, with good staff, BUT, no internet for those that really need more than just checking email, Digital Nomads, go elsewhere. Wouldn't mind staying again if they can fix their internet. There are other options, it was expensive.

The view of the ocean was nice.

Room was clean. Didn't really see the staff. I had 2 rooms and only one got fresh towels. The sink was clogged the whole time in one room so had to go to the other one to brush teeth and wash face. Beautiful views. Pool and hot tub were good.

1. The Wi-Fi did not work despite claims in room description
2. No hooks in bathroom. This does not make sense.
3.Cloth bar is right above microwave and coffee machine and hanged shirts are touching them and no space to hang longer cloth

There were no drink machines. The ice machine worked fair. The ice bucket was cracked and looked worn. We were on the 9th floor, I asked, but ended up after hours getting my own towels and a sheet set. I fell right outside the pool gate, against a rail, faulty steps, hurt my arm and it swelled a goose egg size. Told the desk, not even an offer of first aide. Just told me thats the city if Myrtle Beach side. I just wanted some compassion. The parking lot was cracked and lumpy. But the ocean and beach were wonderful and the ocean view from the room on the balcony was glorious. Glass sliding doors, kept the ocean view day and night!

Beach front property is the best part.
Bed is comfortable.
There is microwave and fridge and table and chairs to eat. Spacious room.

Needs improvement: ceiling has a damaged part and needs repair (shower area) and was reported to front desk. No real lobby. Just a very small office/store. There were 2-3 flies in the room that I had to subdue.

Room was not oceanfront. Was a smoking room. Had ash left over on table. Bullet hole in window. Curtain did not cover windows. Burns in mattress.

The room was clean you can tell it’s cheaply remodeled but I guess since all I wanted was to be near the beach just steps away. The pool was dirty you can tell the beds are those cheap beds that you wake up in the morning with back pain

Hotel room was a renovated room, great view, had all the amenities and was very clean. The waterfall shower and heated mirror gave a touch of luxury. So great, we stayed an extra night!
