Budget-friendly but basic

Cons:

The room was not very clean, and the towels were not ready at check-in. The walls are very thin, so you can hear other guests easily. The mattress felt old and uncomfortable, and there was no soap or shampoo provided.

The location is central, I like it. The house is cleaned often

Cons:

So many rooms for one shared bathroom; very few spoons and forks, no rice/electric cooker. room 1 and 2 occupants hear one another like they are in the same room.

Sleep with one eye open- Main door is always open & no bedroom door lock is broken

Cons:

There are people living downstairs that talk so loud and make constant noise in the middle of the night ( between 1am to 4am) making sleeping difficult. They also smoke and the smells circulates upstairs through the vent. A little bit more needs to done with the bathroom. The shower diverter is old, rusted and broken and wouldn’t go up or down to divert the change the direction of the water. When it snows, nobody shovels the driveway or the stairs to the unit. Snow would pile up until it melts down when the temperature warms up. I slipped once and nearly fell down while carrying my suitcases to my car.

The main door is ALWAYS open. It isn’t safe to leave your valuables ( jewelry, laptop, phones and electronic devices in the bedroom). The lock to the bedroom is damaged and broken and wouldn’t work yet they give you a key when they know the door it is broken. Also, When it snows, nobody shovels the driveway or the stairs to the unit. Snow would pile up until it melts down when the temperature unit warms up. I slipped once and nearly fell down while carrying my suitcases to my car.

Pros:

Spacious with wide windows and comfortable bed. The kitchen is clean and organized with lots of space in the fridge

Alot if noice. Too many people in there like 6 room in one floor only one bedroom. Guy next room afro guy all night making noice until 4am or 5amm I guess when he get tire of talk on the Phoenix movie stuff around terrible. I talk to the guy you run this place he just talk to different person cause this guy keep terrible behavior and smell like weed at the door very often. Ppfff

The location in Mississauga is super convenient, just minutes from great family spots like Square One Shopping Centre. Breakfast options were kid-friendly, and the quiet neighborhood let us all unwind after a long day. It was the ideal spot for our one-night pit stop – comfortable beds, strong Wi-Fi for movie night, and no hassle at all. Highly recommend for families looking for value and ease!
