Pros:

Hotel charmant bien décoré composé de villas avec piscines privatives au bord d'un canal entouré dune végétation luxuriante .

Vriendelijkheid personeel en privé zwembad aan de kamer. Ook genoten we van het dinner. We waren de enigste gasten bij het avondeten waardoor we een private dinning ervaring hadden.

Cons:

De accomodatie gaat reeds een hele poos mee waardoor de indruk ontstaat dat niet alles meer op-en-top in frisse staat is.

Ubicación bonita entre la naturaleza y frente al río. Buen desayuno. Personal muy amable.

Cons:

Personal poco formado para un hotel que se vende como 5* de lujo. La luz de la piscina es de colores (rojo verde azul morado). Linea de luces led color azul en la habitación. Sábanas negras. No es nada elegante y precio elevado para el estado general del hotel e instalaciones.

Wonderful stay in hotel with real charm.
Pros:

Wonderful small hotel with fantastic bedrooms. The kids loved the plunge pool. We loved the Sri Lankan feel about it and being on the river. We didn’t mind being just outside Negombo. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. Thank you Waterland for a lovely stay.

Nothing, it was all great.

L'accueil est très chaleureux et le logement que nous avions était typique, propre et confortable doté d'une piscine privative.
Les repas sont délicieux et le petit déjeuner copieux.
L'emplacement est idéal pour faire une balade en bateau ou rejoindre la lagune et profiter de la vue en bord de mer.

Mooie accommodatie en lokatie!
Pros:

Mooie accommodatie op prachtige lokatie aan het water. We hadden een huisje met eigen zwembad. Zeer grote slaapkamers en badkamers. Lekker ontbijt en super aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Boottocht vanaf het hotel is ook een aanrader.

Cons:

Niets. Het is alleen een klein stukje buiten het centrum maar met taxi of chauffeur ben je er zo!

Zeer ruim appartement met privezwembad. Heerlijk eten, fijne bedden en erg vriendelijk personeel. Niets was teveel, top verblijf

Schaduwplekken in je tuin wat beperkt met de eethoek overdag in de volle zon. Op gezamenlijke plekken wel schaduw, dus goed op te lossen.

It was lovely to have our own pool. The bed was VERY compfortable and the staff extremely helpful. Would love to come back and stay longer next time and use the facilities more. The food was delicious and nothing was too much trouble

Fantastisch uitzicht op de rivier met een mooie zonsondergang. Daarnaast kan je dit aanschouwen vanuit jouw eigen privézwembad.

Cons:

Zowel het avondeten als het ontbijt zijn goed, maar de prijs van het avondeten is eerder aan de hoge kant voor Sri Lanka.

Beautiful villa in a peaceful part of negombi. Great start to our trip to Sri Lanka.
Pros:

Peaceful and quiet. Lovely room. Great food for lunch and breakfast.

Cons:

It is away from main part of negombo - easily can get there on tuk Tuk. Felt a little expensive compared with other places.
