Excellent
Pros:

The place is located at the heart of Taiping. One can walk easily to every landmark of Taiping without any inconvenience such as the Lake Garden or the Bomba Food Court. The room is standard size but very affordable according to the price allocated. There are also dedicated parking spaces for the guests in this hotel plus the staffs were very helpful and polite. Very recommended to stay in this hotel.

Excellent location, in the centre of Taiping. Nice size room. Friendly staff.

My second time here & have a great experience. The staff at the receptionist is very friendly & helpful.

Great location for cake and a walk around the park
Pros:

I was greeted by a very cheerful person upon checkin. He was also very helpful with my luggage. I terms of location, it was an easy 20 minute walk from the Taiping train station and minutes from Lake Taman. Next door had a fantastic bakery called Breadman Cake House and across the street had a small Japanese sushi restaurant. Also, hawker stalls across the street. The facilities were clean and the AC worked great.

Cons:

The wifi connection was poor at times. I was glad there was a hot water pot and a few glass cups, but it would have been handy to have a mug for hot drinks. Lastly, it wasn't a problem for me, but some may find the lack of an elevator inconvenient.
