Pros:

It was a very central location in sandakan. It was very basic, but did the job for one night.

Cons:

The room smelt damp, but once we had opened the window, the smell cleared.

Pros:

Stosunek jakości do ceny bardzo dobry. Łóżko wygodne, pościel czysta. Klimatyzator cichy. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni .

Also do car rental for very good price
Pros:

Room was a lot bigger than expected. Area was pretty quiet despite being close to the road. They also have a car rental facility which we used and was a very good price. Also very easy to deal with.

Cons:

Wir sind angekommen und haben den Mitarbeiter an dem Tresen aus dem Schlaf geweckt. Er wusste nichts von unserer Buchung und musste erstmal telefonieren. Nach einigen Minuten bekamen wir einen Schlüssel hingelegt.
Sowohl am Eingang und im Hotel steht auf mehreren Zetteln der WhatsApp Kontakt des Betreibers für den CheckIn oder weitere Fragen. Leider bekamen wir über den Chat nie eine Antwort. Auch im Booking.com Chat bekam ich nie eine Antwort zum checkin und weiteren Fragen.

Bad wurde nicht gereinigt. Sehr laut vom Flur und von der Straße, sodass man nicht gut schlafen kann ohne Ohrenstöpsel.

In der zweiten Nacht haben wir gewechselt. Meiner Meinung nach gibt es in sandakan den gleichen Preis bessere Unterkünfte.

Decent, basic accommodation.
Pros:

It's a good option. The room is spacious and comfortable. Hot water shower. Clean. Free water top up. Use of a kettle on the 2nd floor landing, also a iron and ironing board.
Close to the local bus station for onward travel to Sepilok.
Close walking distance to restaurants.
Yes, it is dated, however, it is in a depressed area as is Sandakan itself.
Would I stay again? Yes if I ever returned to Sandakan.

La proximité avec les restaurants, les services proposés, les rangements

Cons:

La mauvaise isolation, la chambre n’était pas propre et la salle de bain n’avait pas dû être nettoyée car nous avons retrouvé des excréments dans les toilettes et sur les toilettes, dans le lavabo et sur la porte de la salle de bain !! Nous avons dû nettoyer par nos propres moyens car il n’y avait personne à la réception…
Si la chambre était propre nous aurions passé un meilleur séjour …

I like because the room is convenient no need to do check in to the receptionist they will prepare the key for you so yo
