Pros:

Per me è davvero un posto da non perdere! Posizione tranquillissima, ideale per rilassarsi. Il gestore cura l'hotel con grande attenzione ai dettagli e un'ospitalità eccezionale. A ciò si aggiunge un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo: meglio di così non si può. Il parcheggio sotterraneo ci è stato di grande aiuto! Ci tornerei in qualsiasi momento!

Hier steckt spürbar viel Leidenschaft drin. Der Betreiber ist mit vollem Einsatz dabei und sorgt dafür, dass es den Gästen an nichts fehlt. Die ruhige Lage sorgt für erholsame Nächte und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist einfach top. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Ich konnte mein gebuchtes und bezahltes Zimmer nicht beziehen
Cons:

Ich bin wie angekündigt kurz vor 22:00 in der Unterkunft angekommen da ich aus Wien angereist bin. Mir wurde ein Zugangscode (glaube ich zumindest) übermittelt. Dieser Code hat für den Schlüsseltresor nicht funktioniert. Ich habe mehrfach die Servicenummer angerufen und auch eine SMS gesendet aber niemanden erreicht. Ich musste dann um 22:45 ein neues Zimmer suchen und dort buchen. Ich habe daraufhin mein Zimmer am nächsten Tag storniert. Bis jetzt habe ich den bezahlten Betrag nicht rückerstattet bekommen. Durch die neue Buchung sind mir auch Mehrkosten entstanden.
