キッチンや浴室、アメニティや寝具、リネン系も全て備品の質の良さに大満足です。
子どもが喜ぶ縁日やイルミネーション、体験系、無料レンタルスポーツ用品で、色んな楽しみ方ができました。
特になしですが、もう少し料金が優しいと、毎年リピしたくなります。
スタッフの方の対応は丁寧で、施設全体的に清潔さがありました。朝食も美味しかった。部屋に電気あんかなどもあり気を配られているのを感じた。
料金が高すぎると感じた。写真ほど建物は大きくなく、全体的にこじんまりとした印象だった。ホワイトハウス棟に宿泊したが、簡素でクーラーはあるがどのように調整しても直接当たり不快だった。扉は壊れていて、不安な閉まり方だった。
夕食もつけ見た目はとても良かったが、肉は脂っこくあまり楽しめなかった。料理に少し安っぽさも感じた。
焼きマシュマロは1人一つまでで、朝食の時間が17時半から、焚き火での焼きマシュマロは19時からなので少し時間にゆとりがないように感じた。
また、カフェでのアルコール飲み放題はホームページにも書いてある通りレモンサワーとビールのみで、お菓子は種類が少なく、少しがっかりした。そのカフェも狭く、ゆったりと過ごしていられるようには感じられなかった。
・部屋に不備があった際にすぐに部屋をかえる対応をしてくれた
・かわった部屋はグレードが上がっておりとても快適だった
・部屋の備品に不備がいくつかあった
・夕食時にスタッフの人が呼び出してもこなかった
・ベッドが壊れていた
子供と子供の友達を連れて行ったらイベントがたくさんで喜んでました^_^
