This property was great secluded enough, but just down the road from all the nightlife in scenery and beaches! Staff was great. Rooms were spread apart. Pool is just enough for a knife. Nice refresher.

Good location to explore the region, but the place is more appropriate for local (Costa Rica) families as there is a pool used by children and adults from afternoon till late evening.
Also they don’t give you any information about the places to visit in the region…. most of my questions got: “I don’t know” as answers and they were all simple like where to park and etc.

We had no water from the time we checked in until we left the next morning. Furthermore, we were not able to get a refund from the hotel or Expedia. We were not given any indication when the water supply might be fixed other than 'they are working on it'. We had no drinking water. It was horrible.

Property is very nice away from the main road which makes it pretty quiet. Breakfast was decent. Staff friendly. While we stayed there they had an issue with the Wi-fi not working, the hotel had people working on it but by the time we left there was still no internet connection.

The room we were in was newly constructed, and there were a couple of small issues. That’s the only reason that I didn’t give 5 stars all around. The owner himself looked into them and vowed to correct them.

The staff and amenities were very good. It is not a lush place, but a good value for your dollar. We were comfortable and enjoyed the pool, free breakfast, and kitchen utensils at our disposal. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was super nice & the value for the money was unbeatable. The road to get to the property isn’t paved but still wasn’t too bad to get through even on a bicycle.

Todo estuvo bien..! Solo tuve un par de inconvenientes en el baño la varilla de la cortina de baño se cayó fácilmente y la lampara del baño también se cayó de la pared repentinamente un segundo después que salí del baño, por poco me paro encima de un los vidrios que salieron disparados por todo el baño, casi me corto y no encontré a nadie que nos ayudara a las 9pm , al día siguiente se solucionó, pero si fu un pequeño susto..

This one is a very good place in this area. I definitely recommend it. Here are a few reason:
Its very quiet at night
Its very clean
The beds are comfortable.
AC does the job great but the ceiling height is high. This makes the rooms very very fresh without requiring the AC unit on all the time.
Parking is a piece of cake, safe, private and organized.
There a couple of convenience stores right in the main road entrace so you can get anything you need before heading off the Hotel.
Oh and the costarrican breakfast is big and delicious.

So we booked hotel room for 4 people and we got 4 queen size beds. That was unusual but ended up very comfortable. We had apartment with kitchen and hall. The pool was small but refreshing after all day hiking or ocean salt. It is about 18 mins walk to the beach so that was not as cool. I have ne er seen these huge bamboo trees. Over all very good stay.

Breakfast was good.

I really like the vibe and the nature aspect of the place. It was very cozy and quiet. The market was nearby and the activities were not too far.
