A fraud charges.
Pros:

I was not provided any room in the property by the hotel but booking.com has charged my credit card.

Cons:

I booked the hotel Geetanjali at Prantik Road from booking.com and they have charged my credit card, but when I reached the property the hotel staff present over their told me that they are over booked and they don't have rooms available, so they have booked another property which was not up to the mark. I was traveling with my family and the place which they have booked for me was not at all good place to stay with family. After that again they tooked me to another homestay, but their they provided me a non AC room. When I inform them about that they told me to pay extra money for an AC room, whereas I have booked an AC room from booking.com. Hence I was totally harrised and unsatisfied with the service. And at last I have to arranged an alternative accommodation form my family to another good hotel.
My question is when I have no stay in the property how can you charge my credit card.
I feel I have been fraud by booking.com and The hotel.
