Only the toilet is shared one for all rooms but you can found empty whenever you want to go🤭 definitely in this price range this is 100% acceptable.
Tomaz è molto disponibile ed è molto socievole. Sa consigliare molte cose su Ljubljana in merito a posti da vedere e cibo da provare. L’abitazione è pulita e in ordine. La cucina è usufruibile al 100% e Tomaz ci ha fatto trovare anche la tavola preparata con sottobicchieri, tovaglioli e trombette per festeggiare l’anno nuovo. Riscaldamento presente e ben funzionante. Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in 15/20 minuti oppure in autobus in meno di 5 minuti.
L’unica cosa su cui abbiamo avuto perplessità è sul fatto che nell’annuncio dovrebbe essere scritto più evidentemente che si tratta di un appartamento con più stanze, di cui una abitativa di Tomaz. È un ragazzo molto tranquillo, socievole e disponibile. Non abbiamo avuto nulla da dire con lui. Era meglio però averlo saputo prima di entrare e non trovandoci la sorpresa una volta entrati.
Ultima cosa da inserire la presenza del suo cagnolino carinissimo però se qualcuno è allergico potrebbe essere un problema.

Thomas is extremely hospitable. We had all the comforts we needed and truly felt at home. He even made it possible for me to charge my car. The apartment had absolutely everything necessary, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. I would definitely return to this place again if I visit Ljubljana.
Sehr netter, aufmerksamer Gastgeber - aber nach der Beschreibung, dem Preis und den Bewertungen habe ich was anderes erwartet.
Auch wenn Ljubljana insgesamt hochpreisig bei den Übernachtungen ist, war das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für ein Zimmer mit gemeinschaftlichen Sanitäreinrichtungen und der Ausstattung viel zu hoch.
Der Vermieter war sehr nett und die Wohnung war sehr sauber.
Von aussen ist das Haus nicht sehe ansehnlich. Der beschriebene Balkon war ein Gemeinschaftsbalkon und mit Wäscheständern voll gestellt. Auch das es für 4 Wohnungen nur ein Gemeinschaftsbad gab hat uns nicht gefallen und war aus den Beschreibung nicht deutlich zu erkennen. Wir hätten nicht gebucht, wenn wir das gewusst hätten.
Very responsive host Tomaz helped us to check in earlier which helped us during our trip. The appartment has recently been renovated and looked really nice.
Die Unterkunft war super ausgestattet, das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und der Besitzer sehr nett, flexibel und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage ist sehr gut für Besuch der Stadt, man ist zu Fuss in 15 Min. im Zentrum.
Das Kochen war nur beschränkt möglich.
