Nobody can stay there in these conditions. Hopeless.
Pros:

We did not stay there. That was very bad location.. There was no facility and there was no beds, no fan was available, no attached toilet, roos were very small and dirty..

Avoid the place
Cons:

The host wasn't present on site. Only guiding over a call. The elder person at the site was not well aware of how to handle the things and help the visitors. I have stayed at homestays at multiple properties around india. But nothing like this. Very money minded and not customer service oriented.

The room was bad and the bed had creaking noise. Blankets were not washed. No fan in the room. Shared toilet. I don't recommend this property to anyone. There are multiple decent to good tent options near areli ghat within 1-1.5k per night which accommodate 2 persons.

The host should keep In mind that tourists come for peace of mind and treat them well accordingly.
