Was not informed it was across the road from construction area - advertised as having private beach - we still looking for it. Weird shower kept hitting our head on it. Duvet had stains and was wintery.

Удобные апартаменты, близко к морю, было достаточно тихо. Есть все необходимое: посуда, полотенца и для дома и для пляжа, утюг, фен, гладильная доска, шампунь и гель для душа. Были даже ватные диски) это очень удобные мелочи, которые делают отдых комфортным. Рядом есть рестораны и супермаркет. Кристос был всегда на связи и очень помогал. Мы прилетели поздно вечером, магазины были закрыты и комплимент в виде воды, соков для детей и легких закусок был очень кстати!
Сейчас идет ремонт через дорогу, но они не шумят вечером. И это скорее временное явление. Из-за этого ремонта мы не сразу нашли дорогу к дому, но в итоге справились)
This lovely apartment was perfect for our stay for a wedding nearby. It was well equipped with everything we needed as well as a seamless check in/out process that allowed us to be flexible with our plans. The snacks and drinks left for us was an added touch and we would certainly recommend

Communication with the host was effortless and immediate and he was most gracious with the last minute change that had to be made.
The contact with the owner was excellent, communication through whatsapp was very good, quick response from the owner. Very easy self check in and check out. The apartement was very nice and comfortable. Easy to park car next to the house. The small snacks and drinks as a gift from the owner was very nice :-)
Very nice and clean appartment near the beach, with a friendly host, all brand new and comfortable, equipped well, the size is very good for a family. We enjoyed our stay, very quiet location and close to calm beaches and restaurants, and many services.
The double beds are a bit narrow than average, the toilet is a bit squeezed in the shower room.
We loved our stay here!
The location is about 30 minutes from Ayia Napa which made it WAY cheaper then staying in Ayia Napa.
We would recommend this place to anyone.

There is a popular seafood restaurant downstairs too which we heard was great but didn't try ourselves :)
FatCow Seaside Suites is the perfect getaway! The location is excellent, right by the sea. The room was beautifully maintained, and we were welcomed with delicious sweets and water upon arrival. The owner was incredibly friendly and communicated with us seamlessly. Highly recommend for a relaxing, hassle-free stay!
We stayed at the hotel for just one night following our late arrival, seeking a simple accommodation to rest before continuing our journey. The check-in process was straightforward, and the host was very helpful, making our late check-in smooth despite the inconvenience caused by road work around the hotel, which made it a bit challenging to navigate to the right direction. While the hotel boasts a sea view, which is a plus, the nearby beach was somewhat disappointing and didn't live up to our expectations. The room itself was clean and adequate for a short stay, but overall, it did not provide good value for the money we spent. This hotel might be suitable for travelers in similar situations who need a quick stopover and aren't looking for beachside leisure.
The road construction out front was a bit of a challenge to navigate, but no big deal- it will be completed soon.

Right on the seafront. Sea facing rooms have beautiful seaview. Nicest host that prepared snack package for check in.
Parking can be challenge as road under reconstruction.
Fake photos rubbish out side and more from 50 euro don t go and the beach full of ships for petrol
An ok apt for a 1 night stay in larnaca.
The apartment did not match the description which stated “separate bedroom”, it’s barely a studio. One space with a bed and sofa. When I complained to the owner he simply said we could go find another accommodation and be refunded, while it was late evening and we are with a baby! That was incredibly rude. The apology that came later could not compensate for this awful experience.
The noise outside the building is from the construction of a road. The stuff was great!

Location was great and the sea view was truly exceptional and lovely to wake up to in the morning. The host Christos was easily contactable and we received a lovely welcome text and snacks in the room.
