Don’t stay in this building!
Pros:

Not much to say in the positive. The accommodation was cozy and clean. The amenities were run down and broken.

Cons:

Where to start. First since my flight was was delayed, I arrived well after midnight. The three desk agents (a terribly unhelpful lot), refused to acknowledge my name, passport or Rita the owner of the property’s name. I was told to google “Skyloft” which I did and found the Skyloft North 7.5 km away.
I took a Grab taxi nearly an hour in traffic. I had to explain my situation to that hotel. They were very helpful.

I returned to my first hotel, which was the right one in the first place. After 2 hours of my time and a $150US later I finally went to bed.

Round 2: We had originally booked the hotel for the gorgeous looking pool we saw in the pictures. We asked the owner what to opening hours were and she told us. When we went to the pool in the morning, we were asked for a permit, signed by the manger.

Rita the owner argued with the pool man on the phone while we were without a pool permit.

We never swam in the pool.

This property is an uptight condominium in which some units function as an air bnb.

I am requesting my money back for pain and suffering.
