Pros:

Спасибо большое хозяину за гостеприимство 🤗 квартира великолепная, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Местоположение идеально, чтоб посмотреть и старый и новый Батуми, до моря 5 минут пешком👍если ещё поедем в Батуми, то будем оооочень надеяться попасть сюда ещё☺️

Უღრმესი მადლობა ძალიან კომფორტული და სასიამოვნო გარემოსთვის. Განსაკუთრებით აღსანიშნავია, რომ აპარტამენტი არის ძალიან სუფთა და აღჭურვილი ყველა საჭირო ნივთით, რაც ძალიან კომფორტულ გარემოს ქმნის. Საძინებელი ოთახები საკმაოდ დიდი, მისაღები, სამზარეულო და ორი დიდი აივანი. Დიასახლისი საოცრად დახვეწილი ქალბატონია, რომელმაც ასევე დიდ ყურადღებით გაგვანებივრა. Ზღვის სანაპირო კი სულ რაღაც 3 წუთია ფეხით, ასევე ბათუმის ცენტრი, დელფინარიუმი, პიაცა, კაფეები, რესტორნები და პორტი ასევე ფეხით Ძალიან ახლოსაა.
Კიდევ ერთხელ დიდი მადლობა და ჩვენ აუცილებლად ისევ ვესტუმრებით თქვენს აპარტამენტს.

Superb
Pros:

Amazing apartment in Batumi just on the beach. Very spacious, with comfortable beds, with equipped kitchen and a big bathroom. The hosts met us upon arrival (although it was 23.30) and passed over the keys, gifted a bottle of amazing Georgian wine, and offered a free transfer. Highly recommended to everyone!

Cons:

the only negative part of it is construction working 24/7 just across the street, however, it is everywhere in Batumi, so hard to find a place without it. with closed windows it is ok.
