Pros:

Clean, good mattress, quiet neighborhood. Close enough to train station. Good instruction packet from owner

Uncomfortable but at least you're in tokyo
Pros:

It was a 10 minute walk from a train station and a 2 minute walk from 7/11

Cons:

The whole apartment smells musty and like mildew
The bed mats were uncomfortable
The hosts did not send us the correct wifi password (it was not provided for check in) and when we emailed saying it was incorrect they didnt respond. We only got onto the wifi by guessing variations of the password.
The hot water was very spotty and the heater would often turn off mid-shower
The kitchen had some amenities but did not have cutting boards, any sort of knives or scissors.
There was a lot of ambient noise from other apartments, but host can't control that.

差极了，如果不是半夜没法离开以及不退款，肯定会走掉
Pros:

深夜还在对应客人联络这一点还行，别的没有任何可取之处。

Cons:

设备老旧，打扫不干净，寝具脏，床铺多处有不明毛发，浴缸有无法去除的霉菌，有之前客人用剩下的垃圾未收拾。

Neat slice of life
Pros:

Great location and very tidy, nice little slice of Japanese life in a quiet residential area with all the essentials and ease of accessibility to public transport and the greater Tokyo region. Very responsive and helpful owner when messaging via booking.com! Perfect hotel

Cons:

It is particularly small but it is not a hindrance, and is a good idea of japanese lifestyles that I personally found neat. Not a negative to me, but potentially may be to others.
