Pros:

The location was great, as it was very close to the main tourist attractions.

Cons:

The room was outdated and not well maintained. There were several issues: the air conditioner did not work properly, the TV was not working, and there was a lot of garbage outside the window, making it impossible to open it for fresh air. Overall, the room did not meet our expectations.

Проживала в этом отеле с 20-го по 28-ое июня 2026 г.Расположение удобное,до трамвая Т1 мин 10 пешком,вид из окна на море и ж/дорогу,где пиоходит Т6 вроде. В комнате было все необходимое,полотенца меняли раз в два дня.Спасибо персоналу за чистоту и комфорт.Желаю много замечательных клиентов!😀👌

Raport calitate-pret direct proportional.
Pros:

Locatia este situata in apropierea bazarului si a moscheilor principale, ceea ce reprezinta un plus. De asemenea, am beneficiat de loc de parcare gratuit si un upgrade al camerei pentru o diferenta foarte mica de pret.

Cons:

Baia ar putea beneficia de o mica renovare, colacul de la wc era spart.

Lokacija je perfektna jer je sve u blizini !
Velika pohvala za čistačicu koja je na svaki način htela da pomogne. Momak koji radi kao Haus majstor je bio izuzetan i od pomoći u svakom slučaju!

Cons:

Gazda ne poštuje dogovore i rezervacije. Rezervisao sam sobu na spratu sa pogledom na more. Bio sam ucenjivan da sa suprugom i malim detetom prihvatim sobu u podrumu! Gazda je rekao da kao izvinjenje, da neće nam naplatiti boravak, dok nismo ušli u tu sobu, posle se predomislio i deo da nije to rekao već da će nam dati samo 5e popusta !
Ne preporučujem saradnju!

If you plan to travel a lot and not to stay in room most of your visit it is a good option
Pros:

Location close to Sultanahmet, if you travel and want to see all ancient mosques that a best option as you can you walk easely all the pla es. Also close to road easy to get to the bus station and taxi
As for the room itself it is clean and quite pace, very friendly staff.

Cons:

Bathroom a bit small, but everything worked and was clean.
