This property is seriously misrepresented on Booking.com.

On arrival, there was a strong unpleasant odor and multiple flies at the entrance. Inside, the towels and bedding smelled like frying oil, which raised clear hygiene concerns.

The layout is not properly disclosed. The shower is in the bedroom with no window or ventilation, so steam builds up in the sleeping area.

Noise and privacy are major problems. The flat is very noisy from the street, and there are shared internal doors with other units that were not mentioned. I could hear other guests, including snoring.

When I raised these issues, the host dismissed them as “unfair” instead of addressing the concerns.

This is not about expectations or price. It is about accurate representation and basic living conditions. I left early and booked elsewhere.

I would not recommend this property unless the listing is corrected to reflect reality.

I did not stay at the property because it was in a bad location

The pictures showed a gym like setting, which was not the case, in my apartment. Ithink the photos need updating, but still,I was very happy there.

I had no issues. A little bit dusty under the bed is the worst I can think of.

Toaleta na niższej kondygnacji, gdzie nie ma ogrzewania. Brak zlewu na poziomie najczęściej używanym - konieczność "biegania po schodach".

Brak ciepłej wody w kranie w łazience i w kuchni, brak ekspresu do kawy , który był w ofercie , nieświeża pościel i ręczniki , brak możliwości swobodnej kąpieli , ponieważ woda wylewała się poza łazienkę .Zapach wilgoci , który umożliwiał normalne funkcjonowanie . Brudną kanapą , narzuta i krzesła .

Three negative points for which I gave a 7 out of 10:
1. The place is noisy (day and night). Since it’s a mezzanine built inside a former shop, it’s directly on a boulevard where cars pass 24/7. Very annoying if you’re sensitive to noise — you definitely need earplugs, otherwise sleeping is difficult.
2. The mezzanine has almost no protection from light, so you wake up at sunrise. A sleeping mask is necessary, so be prepared.
3. Hot water is available, but it’s not very hot — more warm than hot.
Also, you need to keep the button switched on the whole time. This can be confusing, because in other countries you usually switch it on to heat the water and then off while using it. Here, you must keep it on, but this is not explained anywhere.

Finally, I had earplugs and a sleeping mask with me, so it wasn’t a big issue. But for someone who isn’t prepared, it could be. Still, I consider this place an ideal option for a quick stay if you’re on a business trip.

I wouldn't consider it a minus for me, but it is right next to the main street, so I'm not sure if I would recommend it for someone who has trouble falling asleep or has a baby due to the car noises. For me actually that silent noise on the background helped me fall asleep faster 😅
