L’emplacement à Sapa est vraiment génial! Le bain vue sur la montagne est magnifique! Le petit-déjeuner est fabuleux et complet. On a adoré notre séjour. À notre arrivée tôt le matin, nous avons demandé un early Check-in qui était peu coûteux et qui valait vraiment la peine. La piscine était propre.

Good location, great facilities (pool and sauna; to note, there are other hotels in sapa that advertise these, but are not in use when you get there), amazing room, well decorated and maintained, staff went the extra mile (both reception and housekeeping), great breakfast. Great location

Alles war sehr schön eingerichtet und wir hatten win Luxuszimmer mit 2 Badewannen.
Es war sauber, das Personal freundlich und das Frühstück gut.

Our trip to Sapa was absolutely wonderful and unforgettable! The weather was perfect, and the stunning mountain scenery made us fall in love with this place right away.
After a long overnight bus ride, we arrived at the hotel around 4 a.m., feeling quite tired. Even though the hotel was fully booked at that time, the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. They made an effort to prepare our room early, and we were able to check in at around 9 a.m. — such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated.
After a short rest, we joined a walking tour to explore the local villages. It was an amazing experience — the fresh mountain air, winding paths, and friendly smiles of the local people made the whole trip so memorable.
In the afternoon, we returned to the hotel and spent some relaxing time at the pool and spa. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.
Breakfast was fantastic with a great variety of fresh and tasty dishes. And don’t miss their wood-fired pizza — it’s delicious, full of flavor, and very reasonably priced.
Overall, this is a wonderful hotel with excellent service, friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, and great food. The experience exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely love to come back to stay here again on our next visit to Sapa!

Het hotel ligt midden in het oude centrum van Sapa, een ideale locatie om de omgeving te verkennen. Het ontbijt was werkelijk heerlijk, gevarieerd en volledig naar onze wens. De tour naar de dorpen en de ontmoetingen met de lokale bevolking waren prachtig en onvergetelijk. We waren bijzonder onder de indruk van Sam – de vriendelijke en professionele manager die altijd klaarstond om te helpen.

Un séjour absolument charmant Cet hôtel mérite vraiment d’être découvert. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, accompagné d’une vue splendide sur la ville. La chambre, décorée avec goût, offrait une atmosphère chaleureuse et agréable. Le personnel, attentionné et toujours prêt à aider, a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Situé en plein centre, l’hôtel est parfait pour se déplacer facilement et profiter pleinement de Sapa.
