I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked a King room with a terrace online, but when I arrived, they showed me a different room, claiming the original room was already booked. Despite showing them the booking confirmation and pictures, I was initially told I'd have to switch room the next day.
Although they eventually gave me the keys after showing them the online book but the room lacked hot water, and my complaints were not taken seriously. The next morning, my kids were hungry, but breakfast was delayed until 11:30 am due to the chef's availability. The staff again pressured me to switch room, which led me to decide to leave after just one day of saty bere. I'm sharing this review to help others make informed decisions.

The worst experience of my life was at this hotel.

First of all, the room we were given was nothing like the pictures shown. Secondly, the rooms were extremely dirty — filthy bedsheets, filthy blankets, and insects like mosquitoes, cockroaches, and other bugs all over the room.

There were no basic facilities — not even a single towel provided in the room. There was no basic toilet kit, no proper room service. Despite staying for two days, no one cleaned the room, and no one listened to any complaints.

We paid the money, and that was it — we were just left there. Extremely dirty and disappointing.

Disappointing Stay - Not Worth the Money

Cons:

My recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. Despite the facilities listed on Booking.com, the reality was far from what was promised. The cleanliness of the room was poor, and there was no WiFi available, which was particularly frustrating. Given the lack of basic amenities, the stay was definitely not value for money.

On the plus side, the staff were helpful and tried their best, but unfortunately, that wasn't enough to make up for the overall experience. I wouldn't recommend staying here—it's simply not worth the cost.
