Pros:

the good idea but not very well exectuted

Cons:

The reception service at the check in was pathetic, they do not speak English, the room and bathroom are very small, no space to accommodate the suitcase when open, the streets on the property are very narrow and uncomfortable especially for the larger vehicle.

Гарна теріторія, затишно і комфортно, якщо пофіксити недоліки з міні баром, кавоваркою, та приїхати коли не тхне з річки
Pros:

При бронюванні номеру додатково можна користуватися басейном, шезлонгом та пляжем. Гарна територія. Красивий затишний облаштований номер.

Cons:

Були деякі несправні технічні моменти, але персонал (при звертанні) замінив. Ну і ще був неприємний момент з забутими речами попередніх мешканців у шафі, але адміністрація намагалась це загладити і у мене не було цілі сваритися і псувати собі настрій.
У серпні Дніпро «цвіте», періодично з ріки йде неприємний тухлий запах. На пляжі ми не купались через це, повітря на басейні теж було не со всім приємне. Але чи навряд готель на це може вплинути.

Я точно очікувала більшого

- Гарна територія
- Зручне ліжко

Cons:

- Щоб потрапити на пляж (навіть не в басейн), треба отримати браслет в окремій установі, а навіть не на рецепції, і не факт, що вона працюватиме (в нашому випадку не працювала). А охоронець без цього браслету на пляж не пускає. І кожного дня потрібен новий браслет.
- Ванна в номері дуже малесенька
- На сніданок в ресторані краще беріть стандартні сніданки. Друзі взяли їх, і це було смачно. Я взяла шакшуку, і отримала сиру страву. Попросила доготувати - її повернули через три хвилини, і сказали, що так і треба. Я часто пробую шакшуки в різних закладах, це одна з моїх улюблених страв, але настільки жахливої її версії я ще не зустрічала. Тим паче, за таку ціну. Брати Павлову на десерт теж було помилкою - цією меренгою можна гвоздики забивати.

Загалом відчувається, що заклад вже трошки «втомився», і взагалі користає з того, що у нього немає конкурентів в цій ніші.
