Pros:

Приветливый персонал на ресепшен.
Разместили нас и предложили проехать к номеру .

Cons:

При выезде была плохая погода и шел дождь.
Сотрудники ресепшен не предложили подвезти нас .
Пришлось идти под дождем.

Місцерозташування, комфортні номери, дивовижні краєвиди. Наявність банкону. Наявність всіх необхідних дрібничок

Cons:

Температура в номері не регулюється індивідуально, в прохолодний сезон прийнятно, але на мій суб'єктивний погляд хотілося б трошки тепліше

Вид з вікна, з тераси на річку-неймовірний. Були проблеми з нашим номером, і до заселення нас попередили та підвищили категорію номеру. Дозволили виїхати на дві години пізніше безкоштовно, враховуючи відсутність нових мешканців, що дуже приємно

Cons:

Шумоізоліція. Її майже немає, чутно як хтось ходить зверху, в коридорі. Для таких номерів-такого не має бути

Були значно вищі очікування від славнозвісного Барто
Pros:

Вцілому до номеру претензій не було, окрім убогого пластикового душевого піддону та скриплячої підлоги

Cons:

При виселені змусили чекати, поки покоївка перевірить, чи ми випадково не скористались кавовими капсулами за 70 грн, або не дай Бог вкрали халати чи рушники.

Cons:

Проживание оставило серьёзные вопросы, связанные с безопасностью. Во время воздушной тревоги у гостей должен быть гарантированный и круглосуточный доступ к укрытию, однако в моём случае это не было обеспечено. Ночью я не смогла попасть в укрытие, так как охранник отсутствовал и дверь была закрыта. В другой раз, во время интенсивных обстрелов, доступ снова оказался невозможен у сотрудника не было ключа.

Считаю, что в текущих условиях это критическое нарушение базовых стандартов безопасности для гостей. Я рассчитывала на безопасное проживание, однако фактически осталась без доступа к укрытию в потенциально опасные моменты.

В связи с этим считаю обоснованным вопрос частичной компенсации за проживание. Надеюсь, отель примет меры и урегулирует данную ситуацию.

Pros:

Провели тут чудовий час! Номер прекрасний, велике класне ліжко, з якого не хочеться вставати, і чарівний балкончик з видом на захід сонця.

Cons:

Все було б ідеально, якби не чутність. Сусіди за стіною і постійне грюкання дверима трохи заважали тиші.
