Pros:

Все дуже сподобалось, багато зелені, затишно, чисто, є де припаркували машину, є мангал і плита на вулиці це теж +. територія це окреме зелене містечко. Тільки до моря не 300 метрів, а десь 800 , це важливо, якщо з дітьми. Однозначно рекомендую
