Pros:

Die Chefs (?) an der Rezeption und der Barista, der morgens das Frühstück gestimmt hat, waren alle großartig! Der Pool war super das Zimmer auch voll in Ordnung.

Cons:

Matratze und Kopfkissen war nicht mein/unser Geschmack, aber das ist wohl einfach persönlicher Geschmack/Gewohnheit - alles gut!

Pros:

Wir kamen schon um 9 Uhr an, wurden freundlich empfangen und durften sofort einchecken. Nach kurzer Zeit bekamen wir unser Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse und direkt am Pool. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt spontan verlängert.

Location tranquilla a quattro passi dal centro
Pros:

L'hotel è bello molto vicino al centro ed estremamente tranquillo. La piscina di adeguate dimensioni ed il personale devo dire molto accorto e bravo ad accontentare il cliente. Noi abbiamo chiesto di fare in alcuni giorni la colazione anticipata e ci sono venuti incontro nonostante l'orario di inizio fosse per le 8.00.

Cons:

La stanza è completa, io personalmente curerei di più alcuni aspetti della pulizia, e manutenzione . Sopratuto il bagno ed i serramenti risultano datati per cui con qualche pecca. Per il resto tutto bene!

Bella la posizione a pochi minuti dal porto. Personale accogliente e super super gentile. La struttura è bella, in linea con lo stile isolano.
Molto bella anche la piscina immersa nel verde e con una splendida vista sul vulcano ottima per passare qualche ora in relax.
Colazione discreta ma migliorabile

Cons:

Camera davvero troppo piccola ma con uno splendido pavimento che richiama lo stile dell isola. Letto comodo.
Bagno purtroppo non perfettamente pulito (ho trovato capelli in doccia) e con sanitari da rinnovare

Il bagno vecchio, doccia con fughe gialle e macchie di calcarer oltre che piccolissima e letto duro, scomodissimo, cuscini sottilissimi e o troppo duri o troppo molli.
