I booked this hostel in advance, but when I arrived, I was told that the hostel was closed. No prior notice was given, and I was left to find another place to stay on my own. This is highly unprofessional and misleading. I feel deceived and extremely disappointed with the service.

When I came to the property the entrance door was closed and intercom switched off. When I called a reseption by phone property staff answered me that hostel was closed by police 2 days ago. But they took money from my card and did not write anything to me about it. So they left me on the street around midningt.
