Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und um die Gäste bemüht, das Hotel liegt mitten in der schönen Altstadt. Wem einmal stilvoll in einem der alten Häuser in Mardin übernachten möchte, ist hier richtig.
In der Stadt herrscht eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre, außerdem kann man sehr lecker essen.
Leider liegt abseits der Hauptstraße ziemlich viel Müll herum. Dafür kann das Hotel allerdings nichts, und es ist ein generelles Problem in der Türkei, über das man hinwegsehen sollte😉
Bon emplacement par rapport à la vieille ville. Personnel très sympathique, serviable, disponible, souriant. Le responsable prend le temps, le matin au petit-déjeuner, de discuter avec ses clients, et même, boire 1 kfé ou 1 thé. Nous avons vraiment apprécié sa disponibilité pour nous faire un petit tour de la ville le 1er jour.

Mardin'e tekrar geldigimizde kesinlikle ilk tercihimiz olacak. Oldukca genis, yuksek tavanli bir tas odada cok rahat bir konaklama gerceklestirdik. Odamizda hamam olmasi da ekstrasiydi. Calisan arkadaslar karsilamadan otelden cikisimiza kadar hep cok ilgililerdi ve cok yardimci oldular. Muthis bir Mezapotamya manzarasi esliginde guzel de bir kahvalti ettik. Tekrardan cok tesekkur ederiz.

This accommodation experience, which I chose based on reviews and ratings, was extremely disappointing. It saddened me to see that these reviews weren't very accurate for those who, like me, relied on them as a guide; I wish everyone would write things as they are. As someone who has traveled to over 100 cities in 40 countries and stayed in countless hotels, I can say this was one of the worst I've ever stayed in, and my expectations were minimal. I suspect the high ratings and reviews were given because of the polite and respectful attitude of Tacettin and others, who were always ready to help – everyone was very kind and helpful. We stayed in a two-bedroom room. We were greeted by three pairs of dirty, used slippers; new ones were brought upon request, and this was just a preview of our three days there. The rooms were extremely neglected, the furniture old, and lacked hygiene. We waited 20 minutes for hot water to come to the shower. They brushed off every deficiency with explanations like, "This is a guesthouse, not everything can be provided," but now we are staying in another guesthouse in a different city, and we truly understand what a guesthouse experience should be like. The pillows were all clumped and looked like they were a thousand years old; I slept on my own back cushion, and it's not a cheap hotel, at least they could have replaced the pillows.
I'm writing this review so they understand that while their high-level service is very important, they also need to pay a little more attention to their already limited number of rooms. Of course, it's also so that those planning to go can see what to expect. I would like to thank the entire team, especially Tacettin and Bilal, for the high-level service they provided us. Tacettin's breakfast on the evening we arrived was a wonderful display of hospitality. However, the rooms urgently need renovation and attention to detail.
Il fatto che al telefono il proprietario si sia offerto di farci cambiare camera
Accoglienza approssimativa a dir poco , il ragazzo alla reception era al cellulare e, solo dopo diversi minuti si è degnato di darci retta ma solo per chiedere i passaporti e come intendevamo pagare.
Sotto la finestra della nostra camera, c' erano 2 sacchi della spazzatura che piazzavano, la camera non era pulita e gli asciugamani erano sul mobiletto non piegati e non sembravano puliti.
Mi chiedo se ho sbagliato albergo o sé le recensioni che ho letto così belle e che mi hanno spinto a sceglierlo erano vere
The location is stunning with views of the Mesopotamian Plain. Beautiful breakfast on outside terrace. The owner and staff are very helpful.

Excellent value for money. This is very nice property with beautiful rooftop view. Parking is nearby, which is very rare in Mardin. WiFi is good. Rooms were cleaned every day. Beds are comfortable. The owner speaks good english and is very kind and always ready to give support if needed. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. On the last day, we were leaving at 7 a.m. so they even prepared a full breakfast for us at 6 a.m.
L’hotel est très bien situé, dans le vieux Mardin ce qui rend les visites plus faciles à pied. Le personnel est bienveillant et souriant ce qui rend le séjour d’autant plus agréable. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Un merci particulier au personnel qui a été de très bon conseil.
The rooms are historical with 700 years, boss and staff are very kind and positive. We feel staying like at home.

Stoelen en tafel zijn aan vervanging toe.
Frühstück wird zu jeder Zeit angeboten! Unser Flug war sehr früh weshalb wir schon gegen 5 Uhr morgens ausschecken mussten, dann wurde uns schon Tee gekocht und Frühstück angeboten.
Zudem haben sie uns kostenlos Kleider angeboten zum Ausleihen. Inhaber sowie die Mitarbeiter sehr nett, versuchen alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.

浴室太小，熱水不夠熱
Locatie van het hotel, authentiek, rustig. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk, telkens vroegen ze of ze iets voor ons kunnen betekenen.
Kamer was een soort grot, zeer authentiek. Eigenlijk mooi om te zien, maar helaas heel erg vochtig. De badkamer was slecht, geen plek om badspul te kunnen leggen en overal werd nat tot aan het toilet toe.
