Very good hotel
Pros:

The place was very clean and quiet. The staff, Taj al deen, was very responsive, helpful and friendly at all times.

Pros:

Excelent location just in the old part of Mardin with a five minutes walking distance to the main street with all attctions . There is a free parking nearby and we easily found a space for our car. The room exceeded our expectations It was diveded in two parts with king- and quen-size beds in each. THe staff was great. We were plesantly surpised to get a free plate with fresh fruits in the evening. The breakfast is very good with rich variety of dishes and fruits. The terrace offers a stunning view of the plain. Highly recommended to stay.

O cazare de vis!
Pros:

O ședere la superlativ la Rümet Pașa Konagi! Camera este uriașă, superbă ca arhitectură și foarte curată. Micul dejun a fost excelent, iar faptul că au locuri de parcare este un mare avantaj. Personalul este senzațional, mereu atent și dornic să ne facă pe plac. Ne-am simțit minunat și vom reveni cu siguranță!

Pros:

Мардин - своеобразный город, расположенный на горе. Поэтому для путешествия на машине мы выбрали отель с возможностью припарковать машину, в других отелях парковка проблемна. Номер был прекрасен, чистый, просторный. Персонал очень отзывчивый. Помогли принести багаж, отвечали на все просьбы. Очень хорошие завтраки с фруктами.

Cons:

Надо учесть, что несмотря на 2 двуспальные кровати, 2 семьям в одном номере жить крайне неудобно, потому что туалет и душ находятся в гостиной, где стоит и кровать. Поэтому нам пришлось бронировать еще один номер для 2й семьи.

Tacettin en zijn collega hebben ons perfect ontvangen en super goed hun best gedaan om ons verblijf naar ons zin te maken! Sterker nog, ik kon met mijn auto de krappe straat van het hotel niet inrijden, Tacettin kwam helemaal naar beneden om mijn auto veilig richting het hotel te rijden! Eenmaal bij aankomst werd ons gelijk een kopje koffie of thee aangeboden. We kregen tips over de bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. S’avonds bij aankomst kregen we kopje koffie aangeboden met een fruitschaal. Het ontbijt in de ochtend was erg lekker! Super service van personeel!
Mardin zelf was geweldig! Mocht ik ooit nog is terugkomen, dan zeker weer naar dit hotel!!!

Super bevallen
Pros:

Kamer is goed netjes onderhouden en schoon. Mooi ingericht. Ontbijt was zeer goed. Tacedin probeert op eigen manier hotel goed bij te houden en te onderhouden. Je ziet ook dat hij zijn volle energie inzet om het iedereen naar zin te maken. Zonder te vragen krijg je meteen koffie of thee aangeboden. Als je wil maakt hij meteen pot thee voor je. Wij hebben 3 dagen met pot thee van het uitzicht en hotel mogen genieten. Sani ook vriendelijk en ons geholpen. Ik kan alleen maar zeggen dat personeel en hotel top is.
