Erstmal vielen Dank an das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal und das gute Service. Das Hotel ist an sich sehr hübsch und familiär und die Sitzecken im Garten super geeignet um draußen Tee zu trinken und den Abend zu genießen. Die Lage war an sich ebenfalls in Ordnung und mit einem Auto gut zu erreichen. Allerdings geht die Straße etwas Berg auf. Das war aber kein Hindernis für uns, da wir von den Mitarbeitern mit unseren Koffern wirklich bis zu unserem Auto begleitet wurden. Im Großen und Ganzen waren mein Mann und ich sehr zufrieden und würde den Aufenthalt dort an Andere weiterempfehlen. 😊

Fueron muy amables, nos dejaron ingresar antes a la habitación. Buena relación precio-calidad. Fui en invierno, y la calefacción y el agua caliente estaban bien. La ubicación puede ser complicada en invierno o si tienes movilidad reducida, pero si puedes caminar 10 minutos por callejuelas pequeñas, llegas a la calle principal sin problema.

Kar yağışından dolayı dışarıya çıkmak mümkün olmadı ve görmek istediğimiz bir çok yere gidemedik.

Ellerinden gelenin en iyisini yapmak için çaba gösterdiler ve yaptılar da.
Nisan ayında tekrar geleceğim ve yine burada kalacağım.

Ottima esperienza. La colazione è stata fenomenale, lo staff gentilissimo, ci hanno aiutato molto con il parcheggio e per la cena. Un super posto dove tornerei d'estate, la terrazza che hanno e che dà di tutta la Mesopotamia e' uno spettacolo che vale il viaggio.

The location and panoramic views make it exceptional, with breathtaking vistas overlooking the valley. Guests can step directly into the narrow, winding streets of the old city, easily reaching major attractions, local shops, and authentic marketplaces. This seamless blend of history, location, and scenery creates a truly priceless and unique experience.

The hotel is in a great location, just a 7-minute walk from the historical centre, making it easy to explore while still feeling peaceful. The views were absolutely spectacular, and having parking available was a huge advantage. The breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, setting us up perfectly for the day.

What really made our stay special was the staff, genuinely friendly, helpful, and always going the extra mile. We loved how knowledgeable they were about the history of their city and how happily they shared stories and insights with us, which made our visit even more meaningful.

The room itself felt wonderfully spacious and beautifully designed, with a lovely seating area that invited us to relax. I especially appreciated the intricately wood-engraved wardrobes, which added so much character and perfectly reflected the room’s historical charm.

Ospitalità eccezionale, una camera nella grotta bellissima. Ottima colazione e vista sulla Mesopotamia!
