AVOID IT !!!!
Cons:

lots af coachrocaohes - water in kitchen did not work - difficult to find and get keys - on 15. floor - scammed me for money - as they could not use bookin.com - 11.500 PHP - AVOID IT !!!!

The owner will “refuse” to help you.
Pros:

At first everything was nice and pleasant. We needed a mattress for the bottom bunk and the Host was pleasant.

Cons:

I arrived at 3am and security said I needed a permit to park or I would get “violation.” (3000 pesos fine) I said, “How can I get violations when admin is closed. I will get later when I wake up.” They just wanted me to pay the security fee to guard, with no receipt. Can’t make this stuff up. 🤣

I received a violation and when contacting the owner he said, “not my problem. I had to act on my own.” Really? I didn’t get a kiss with that either. 🤣

It was a horrible deal. Being a foreigner in the Philippines is always interesting.

Bottom line: parking is a scam between low level Mgt, condo owner and security. Everyone gotta get paid. Oh, and the price changes depending on who you talk to.
