Sehr luxuriöse Ausstattung

Cons:

aber gefehlt haben verschiedene kleine Details: Kein Aufhänger für Badezimmerwäsche, kein Duschgel, kein Haartrockner, kein Frühstück.
Aber sehr freundliche Tasse Kaffee am Morgen durch den Eigentümer und seine Frau.

Великолепный современный и очень чистый отель! Комфорт соответствует 5*.

Отель расположен в особняке современной постройки. Имеет охраняемую парковку на внутренней территории. Персонал необычайно заботливый и связывается с гостями перед заездом, стараясь учесть все их пожелания по проживанию не только в отеле, в г. Севан, но и в Армении в целом. Бесплатное повышение категории номера при заселении! Гостеприимство, доброжелательность, готовность помочь в любом вопросе - выше всех похвал! Сам отель и номер в котором мы жили на 1 этаже необычайно чистый! Использованы дорогие материалы в отделке, мебели и всем интерьере. Теплые полы и даже теплые стены - все предусмотрено для комфортного пребывания гостей. Если будем в Севане - обязательно сюда вернемся. Всем рекомендуем!

Πολύ ευγενικοί άνθρωποι, ζεστός χώρος και πολύ καθαρά.ειχαμε ένα πρόβλημα με την πλατφόρμα και ψύχραιμα λύθηκαν όλα, μάλιστα μας έδωσαν και ανώτερο δωμάτιο για την ταλαιπωρία!

Pros:

特意選在冬天來看結冰的塞凡湖，擔心會找不到結冰的區域，但房東很熱情的告訴了我位置。在走的時候還叫我喝了熱茶跟點心，真是太貼心了。十分推薦。
