Luxury Collection Hotel

Great hotel near the centre of Sevan! The owners are very friendly and got in touch during the day to check on our estimated time of arrival. Once we found the property (Louvre), secure car parking was available. Futuristic facial recognition access to the property was an interesting touch. The owner offers recommendations for a local restaurant (which you can take into consideration - we ate there and the food was good; can also highly recommend the local Slavberg brewery). The room itself was spacious and, like the property, modern and bling! Definitely recommended.

We stayed two nights in this beautiful and impeccably clean hotel, featuring an elegant and luxurious style. A special thanks to Khachik, whose kindness and helpfulness are truly exceptional: he met all our needs and even offered us a complimentary room upgrade upon our arrival.
The breakfast, freshly prepared on the spot, was delicious.
The location is also excellent, perfect for visiting the stunning Sevanavank Monastery.

Unglaubliche Unterkunft. Hatten kurzfristig gebucht und sofort ein Zimmer bekommen. Der Besitzer ist unglaublich hilfsbereit. Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen und konnten dem Besitzer schreiben, wenn wir Probleme haben. Er hat sich unsere Reiseroute angeschaut und uns noch Tipps für den Weg gegeben. Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht und haben trotzdem Kaffee und Süßigkeiten bekommen. Es war so sauber, unglaublich.wir sind alles in allem sehr zufrieden

Amazing hosts who genuinely go above and beyond. I was even given a free room upgrade on arrival, which set the tone for the whole stay.
Little touches made a big difference, complimentary bowls of fresh fruit, and coffee and cake available whenever you wanted. The room itself was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, and the hotel is finished to a high standard with marble floors and walls throughout.
It’s a local, family-run 11 bedroomed small hotel, which really shows in the level of care and attention. The hosts were always available (pretty much 24/7) and happy to help with anything, from arranging restaurant reservations to recommending fantastic local places to eat.
Location is perfect, right in the heart of Sevan, making it an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. They even sorted small practical things like an extension lead so I could watch football, nothing was too much trouble.
There’s also a very convenient and affordable laundry service avaliable on-site, which is a big plus when travelling.
If you’re looking for authentic Armenian hospitality with comfort, convenience, and genuinely warm service, this is the place.
I’ll definitely stay here again when I return. Highly recommended.

To był cudowny pobyt – jesteśmy absolutnie zachwyceni! Wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie: pięknie, czysto i z dbałością o każdy detal.
Jednak największe wrażenie zrobiła na nas obsługa oraz wspaniały właściciel, który traktował nas jak rodzinę, a nie tylko gości. Dzięki temu czuliśmy się naprawdę wyjątkowo i swobodnie.
To było niezapomniane doświadczenie. Z całego serca polecamy!

Amazing hotel，the bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotless. The hotel is well-equipped and even has some basic fitness gear. It's conveniently located near the town center, so shopping and dining out are easy. The owner was super welcoming and the service went above and beyond. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Sevan!

Двухэтажная гостиница на 11 номеров. Очень высокий уровень обслуживания. В номере чисто, убирали каждый день. Отопление в полу, было даже немного жарковато. В номере есть кондиционер, мини-холодильник, чайник и фен. На территории большая общая столовая для приёма пищи, гимнастический зал и даже бассейн. Самые гостеприимные хозяева которых встретили в Армении. Готовы были оказать любую помощь, рассказали какие заведения и места можно посетить. Спасибо за вкусное вино!
