Pros:

Great deal for the money. A nicely stocked kitchen, which was good since I couldn’t purchase food at nearby restaurants with my American credit card.

Cons:

An airport shuttle would be amazing. Even if there were a charge.

It was alright for a short stay (1-2 nights).
Pros:

The Staff was very kind and friendly, the communication was very good and easy.

Cons:

Only two Restrooms for all guests (no private restrooms). The Restrooms and the building in general were pretty dirty and old.

Very nice and what is expected. Recommended.
Pros:

Patricia is running a very good place. She can pick you up and drop you off at the airport. There is food at the kitchen and nice facilities there. I would recommend this for all. Cheers for all the facilities.

value for money, it exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

Owner speaks english, helpful in giving information and solutions, the kitchen is well equipped, the free snacks are a lovely bonus, room was tidy and comfortable. Good location, near public transportation and supermarkets. Use bus line 708 / train and your 24 hours ticket will serve you smoothly (otherwise most buses are 4-digit so not included in this ticket). The owner minds small details like q tips, shampoo and soap, snacks, board games.

Cons:

It's 4th floor no elevator, so coming with a heavy suitcase required help. Toilet facilities are built in an old not so comfortable way, but knowing all this, I would still definitely stay there again.

El apartamento está bien es correcto. Se agradece la posibilidad de uso de la cocina. Correcto por ese precio

Cons:

Ojo que está en un 4 sin ascensor, yo lo por menos no lo vi. Tampoco baño en la habitación, aunque supongo que no lo vería yo. La cama mejorable
