Ottima struttura.
Pros:

Posizione centrale, vicino a gran parte delle attrazioni e con metro, tram e bus nelle vicinanze. Camera non grandissima ma comunque nuova e dotata di tutti i comfort. Struttura presidiata per gran parte della giornata. Semplice il check in e comodo il check out, sia come orari che per la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli negli appositi Lockers. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. In camera bottiglia d'acqua nuova grande tutti i giorni e nella hall macchina del caffè, torta ed altri servizi. Consigliatissimo.

Z czystym sumieniem mogę zarekomendować każdemu, kto poszukuje komfortowego hotelu w przystępnej cenie, z bardzo miłą i pomocną obsługą. Pokój był sprzątany każdego dnia, komplet świeżych ręczników na każdy wieczór i poranek. Uroczą niespodzianką było pyszne ciasto do kawy, którą można było sobie zrobić przy recepcji i każdego dnia duża butelka wody. W pokoju naczynia, sztućce, czajnik etc. Suuper! A poza tym wszędzie blisko, mnóstwo możliwości taniego posiłku, blisko do miejsc historycznych, i, jeśli to dla kogoś jest ważne, bardzo blisko do kościoła kapucynów - wspaniała atmosfera, ksiądz proboszcz i społeczność parafii🍀🌹🍀

Cons:

Jedynym minusem, ale który dotyczy wszystkich hoteli położonych w centrum miast, jest halas dochodzący z ulicy. Jeśli ktoś ma lekki sen, to trzeba wziąć ze sobą stoppery, żeby się dobrze wyspać.

Pros:

La habitación, la limpieza, el personal, la ubicación a 5 min de Vitosha Bulevard.
Tiene una parada de tranvia justo en frente y al final de la calle tienes la de metro.
Todos los días me dejaban una botella de agua en la habitación.
Tienen una sala con café, infusiones, agua y unos pasteles todo el día.
Quedé encantada con este alojamiento y lo recomiendo 100%

Pros:

Struttura piccolina ma dotata di tutti i comfort necessari, pulita e accogliente. Abbiamo soggiornato qui a Sofia in occasione di un matrimonio e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo.
Un ringraziamento speciale va allo staff, che si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, cordiale e sempre disponibile. Nicola e Magdalena ci hanno accolto con grande professionalità e attenzione, facendoci sentire come a casa. Hanno persino messo a nostra disposizione ferro da stiro e asse da stiro per preparare al meglio i nostri abiti per l’evento, un gesto molto apprezzato.
Inoltre, la posizione è davvero ottima: la struttura si trova a soli 3 minuti dal centro e dalla metropolitana, rendendo gli spostamenti comodissimi.
Per il nostro prossimo soggiorno a Sofia torneremo sicuramente qui. Grazie mille a tutto lo staff per la splendida esperienza! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
