We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, with many tourist attractions within easy reach. The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as complimentary cookies and unlimited coffee provided by the hotel.

Overall, a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten einen sehr freundlichen Empfang, konnten unsere Koffer dort in einem Schrank unterstellen um noch bis zum Check in ein bisschen die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht, sehr bequeme Betten mit einem Topper, Wasserkocher, Safe usw
Das Bad war sauber und sehr komfortabel.
Es gab sogar ein Bidet WC ;o)
Die Fenster sind super schalldicht. Haben aber trotzdem mit offenen geschlafen. Der Straßenlärm war gut auszuhalten.

It is a great 3*, ten minutes walk from Serdicka metro station and 5 from Vitosha bl.
My room was not very big but it had everything you could ask for: kettle with bottled water, tea and coffee, all daily restocked; soap, shampoo and body lotion of good quality, hairdryer, safe, and plenty of umbrellas. The minifridge is empty but worked perfectly and I could store stuff in there.
The little hall has a cozy space with tables and cushioned benches, coffee machine and biscuits at disposal; on the shelves there is a kittle assortment of books, I believe left by previous guests; also, a good number of umbrellas. Those are things that you cannot take for granted in 3*, and add comfort to the stay.
My room and the communal areas where very clean, and the fact that with one card you can access all the doors is very good, too.
I would definitely recommend it to any European. US customers may need to make peace with the fact that rooms in Europe are smaller, but once done that, they''ll be fine.

La ubicación, la limpieza y Nico

The hotel is in an excellent location, right near the Serdika metro station, which provides a direct and easy connection to the airport. Vitosha Boulevard, with all its shops and restaurants, is also just a short walk away. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The name says it all - amazing location, we'd only gone around on foot!
The receptionist (sadly, I didn't catch his name) and other workers there were extremely friendly, the whole check-in/check-out process was smooth, and we got immediate help when needed. The room was also clean and quiet.
I can only highly recommend it for a stay in central Sofia!

Нямаше кафе, а при пристигането ни, служител ни увери, че колегата му "щяла да зареди кафемашината". Сутринта кафе не открихме, но пък отсреща, в уличния магазин, ни направиха страхотно кафе. Изхвърлиха ми тениската, която забравих след заминаването ни. Когато им се обадих да си я търся, ми казаха че пазели забравени вещи една, да , добре прочетохте, ЕДНА седмица....No comment

As I arrived in the early hours, the staff gave clear instructions on where to find the key and locate the room. Having this information ahead of time was very helpful. The room was a good size, street-facing but overall quiet; it does get a tad loud when other guests talk outside their rooms. But inside, the noise level was ok. The shower was amazing, and the towels were very clean! Amazing work of the cleaning staff, keep the rooms tidy. You don't need to bring toiletries, as they are provided. A safe box is also available for use. Fridge and kettle available in room; coffee sachets and tea provided. Very handy to have. The bed mattress was very comfortable, Tv also very good size. The location is perfect, close to pretty much everything and close to the metro for a direct train to the airport. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it. Biscuits and water available in the common area.

A really nice place in the center of Sofia at 5 min from the metro. The room was very clean every day and the lady at the reception was very helpful with our questions. Definitely recommend!
