Beautiful stay near the middle gate and very helpful staff
Pros:

Scenery around the homestay was stunning and the bed was very comfortable

Cons:

The pool was a little bit dirty and the bathtub in the room did not have hot water. I was very much looking forward to a bath after hiking all day but just never got hot.

Pros:

Posizione eccellente, stanze meravigliose , pace e tranquillità. Non abbiamo usato la piscina per via del meteo , ma sembrava stupenda. Ma soprattutto staff eccezionale, ci hanno portato all’ingresso del sito e ripresi.

Cons:

Forse qualche rifinitura andrebbe rivista, purtroppo l’umidità del posto non aiuta con il buon mantenimento…

Pros:

- staff were amazing, really helped out with any queries we had and was a beautiful view/location
- hotel pickup from airport which was handy
- beautiful scenery

Cons:

I felt like the room wasn’t cleaned the best, when I first arrived there were marks on the mirrors/sink
Toilet kept flooding on the floor and had a really weird smell
Toilet positioned awkwardly too
Dead bugs in the shower
Overall wasn’t cleaned to a high standard

Sehr gute Lage, beeindruckende Räumlichkeiten mit viel Komfort

Cons:

Das Personal ist eine Katastrophe, Sprachbarriere (sie sprechen und verstehen kaum Englisch) macht es noch schlimmer. Meine völlig verfärbte und noch feuchte Wäsche die mir mitgegeben wurde wollten sie auch noch schnell berechnen - Gast Zufriedenheit war ihnen auch egal. Sehr schade

Bad experience
Pros:

The staff (Kevin) at the reception who texted us before our stay and booked all the tickets for the activities.

Cons:

The property is falling apart
Things are not working and broken inside and outside
Bad smell and wet sheets due to bad ventilation
Moldy and stained walls and overall dirty room
Nothing looks like the pictures on the website and still 75 euro a night which is easily the normal rate in this area. We had to leave for our own safety and comfort.

Pros:

Room is great and view from it is fantastic especially when it's foggy,service even better guys at reception will help whatever is needed.
National park entrance is 7 min walk from hotel and they offered to drive me there...

Cons:

Breakfast is fine , but dinner could have been better also couldn't pay with wechat, card was denied which is strange because i have been in China two weeks and everything worked with wechat just this single place didn't.
Also at reception they had problems with my Mastercard so i had to pay my room with wechat.

What an amazing find this place it! Highly recommend if you want a quieter stay out of the city
Pros:

Incredible location looking out over the mountains and in a nice quieter village only 10mins walk to the south east gate for the national park. The staff were amazing - it was nice to support a local family who own it. Food was excellent including the breakfast buffet.

Excellent services, location and views
Pros:

Gorgeous mountain views from my room. About 700m walk to the National
Forest park middle gate (less crowded). Tasty breakfast, with made to order eggs and noodles. Kevin and Liang are AMAZING!! It felt like I had personal organisers. They organised tickets, changed my entry schedule everyday(need to be booked the day before), drove me to the gate when I was running late…Hotel services in China is generally of high standards, but these guys are exceptional.

Un'oasi di pace e benessere a due passi dal Parco
Pros:

Camera molto bella, con vasca idromassaggio e vista mozzafiato dalla terrazza. Kevin è stato eccezionale nell'ospitalità, ci ha aiutato con qualsiasi necessità, anche con gli itinerari per visitare la zona e, cosa non da poco, parlava inglese senza difficoltà.

Cons:

A voler proprio trovare un difetto si può migliorare la varietà del buffet per la colazione, ma l'abbiamo comunque trovata buona e sufficiente!

Very comfortable and pretty, and Kevin was super helpful!

Cons:

The first night was a bit cold, but the next day Kevin upgraded us to a better room for free with an additional heater and everything was great!

장가계 국가삼림공원의 중문을 이용해서 입장하기 매우 좋은 위치의 호텔임.

Cons:

중국어를 모르면 의사 소통이 어려움. 일부 객실에 화장실 냄새가 심하고 날파리 같은 것들이 벽에 붙어 있고 날라 다님.. 시설이 오래 되어 지저분함. 이 호텔의 사진에 속으면 안 됨. 점심이나 저녁식사가 제공되나 오래 걸리고 가성비가 덜어짐. 주변에 식당이나 기타 시설은 거의 없음. 시설이나 위치에 비해 숙박비도 비싼 편임.
