Очень понравилось проживание в отеле Zam Zam. Везде было чисто, уютно и комфортно. Персонал был вежливым и отзывчивым. Особенно хотим отметить сотрудника Анара — он был очень внимателен, всегда помогал и сделал наше пребывание ещё более приятным. Также после выселения нам разрешили оставить багаж на хранение, что было очень удобно.

У кого чуткий сон - лучше выбрать другой отель.
Pros:

Персонал. Отзывчивый и понимающий. В моей комнате пахло табаком, хотя курить в отеле нельзя. Пошли навстречу и переселили в другой номер.

Cons:

Стены сделаны из картона. Слышимость ужасная. Как из соседних комнат, так и из коридора. Слышен каждый шаг и каждый раз когда открывается/закрывается дверь
