Could have been cleaner inside the room and I believe they don’t clean pool much since people are not really using.If you dont like lizards bugs could be hard to stay since they visit room often:)

A security guard was the only person to welcome us. Who could not speak or understand a word of English. Such a shame the host Mr Franco was only bothered about the payment and not arranged for anyone to receive us. The rooms in the pictures are misleading in size and comfort.
Also the room allotted to us was room 1 and 2 according to Franco. But we were given 2 and 3. When I told him about this he had no clue who was in room 1.
Our passports were not checked on arrival. He did not bother to come meet us the next day . The worst hospitality ever. I was worried about the safety of this property if anyone could walk in without a background check.
The rooms had cockroaches mosquitos and we all have bed bug bites, The doors don’t close securely you can push and they despite being latched from inside.
The worst experience ever.

Pool was not cleaned when we were there, so a bit buggy. Front of property was a bit messy (tools left out etc), but think they were renovating it.

Night porter literally locked up villa at 9, which made us feel we couldn't use outdoor table or common areas, so everyone staying kept themselves in their rooms as a result when they returned for the evening.

Not big things, but just comments that could have made stay even better.

the wifi was very slow

We had a terrible experience with the Tuk Tuk driver suggested by the property. He threatened our private taxi and forced him to go away, because he wanted to force us to pay him the double to leave the villa. Same happened to other guests a few hours before. We highlighted this to the property manager but he took no actions and no responsibility for this, even though he knew what was going on. They advertise this as 5 star, but for sure this is not a 5 star treatment.
