Pros:

The room was very spacious and very clean. The bed was big and super comfy. The staff was incredibly friendly. They helped me immediately when I had request. The pool is great for a quick refreshment.

Cons:

Too bad they didn't serve breakfast. Also even though the hotel is not located on a main road, there is quite some loud traffic in the street at night, so if you're a light sleeper, don't forget your earplugs.

Pros:

J’ai passé un chouette séjour à l’hôtel Live Tulum.
Le personnel est sympathique, ma chambre me permettais de petit déjeuner le matin sur une petite terrasse vu sur piscine et végétation.
J’ai particulièrement aimé les éclairages qui rendent la chambre cosy.
Super bien situé, le lit bien confortable, et la piscine top👙🌴
L’eau en bouteille est à disposition dans le couloir, et le café délicieux 👌
Je recommande et j’y retournerai avec plaisir.

The older man at reception was extremely unfriendly. I’ve never experienced an accommodation where staff don’t even look up or greet guests upon arrival. Instead, everytime you come in, you have to say “Hello” first, often without getting a response. His attitude made entering the building uncomfortable every time.

Good value for money.
Pros:

Good location,very clean,always lots of hot water,front desk always staffed.good tv and access to channels. Coffee supplied, cleaning products / cloths provided. For a 3 star a good hotel.comfy bed, good towels inc beach towels provided. Daily cleaning.

Cons:

Pool area tired and a bit unloved. A few additional bits/ utensils in kitchen would have been useful.sink plugs leaked. Building is aging but kept very clean.shower slow to drain away. All said and done I would stay again- good value.
