Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Crazy entrance protocols, rooms literally falling apart, next to a night club that plays doof doof music until 3am. No sleep.

Comfortable, clean and safe. Would recommend for a convenient stay in Mexico City.
Pros:

Good general location in Roma Norte. The apartments were spacious and well laid out. Beds were comfortable and staff were really accommodating, especially when we had to extend our stay on short notice.

Cons:

Small quibbles - kitchens could have a few more cooking utensils but generally we were able to manage with what we had. There was some street noise from the nearby pub and the urgent care centre (sirens).

Apartment, facilities and location were just what we needed.
Pros:

Spacious apartment, comfy beds, lots of storage for luggage and clothes, good, well equipped kitchen facility, nice small private balcony, lovely sunny communal roof terrace.
Great location in Roma Norte. Fab handy bar next door and also round the corner.

Cons:

The overhead light in one of the showers and some of the sockets didn't work.
The traffic noise from the road and the hospital a few doors away was quite significant, even with ear plugs.

It was decent but could be improved based on comments above
Pros:

It was very safe requiring double security access to enter property. Staff was very friendly even though most did not speak English. Lots of restaurants nearby

Cons:

The room wasn't as clean as I would have like the area rug wasn't vacuumed thoroughly and rug itself was very worn, futon couch was not very comfortable and other seating in family are had no backs. Could have used more trash bags and towels upfront

Pros:

Location was perfect for us to reach the sites we wanted to explore by foot. The area around us held everything we needed from restaurants to small convenience stores.

Cons:

Some small imperfections in our rooms such as a broken cupboard in our kitchen and that some drawers opening magically on their own.

Stay somewhere else
Pros:

Apartment had all the facilities a traveller would need. WhatsApp messages were answered promptly. Quite well located and Ubers found the property easily.

Cons:

There was a club on the same block and it was often VERY noisy throughout the night. We didn’t have hot water for two days. Once a battery needed to be replaced? The maintenance person gave some instructions about running the hot water in the sink first for 10 minutes prior to showering but this didn’t work either (who wants this hassle on holidays).
The shower was filthy and full of mould (see photos)
We needed to stay a few extra hours on the checkout day and had to really push not to have to pay USD25 an hour for this after everything that had happened.
There are so many great places to stay in MEX, don’t risk staying at this apartment,

Great locale, fab rooftop with laundry facilities!
Pros:

Nice facility, good location. The gal in office our last 2 days was great! The gentleman, tho very nice, did not have the skills to assist with ordering an early morning shuttle....even tho i speak Spanish. The gal got it done!!!

Cons:

The beds need to be replaced...extremely soft (resulting in back aches), room 103, the king bed and the queen by window.

Unfortunately there were issues with the hot water system and plumbing that took way too much of our vacation time to sort out and rectify with staff.
The floors were in desperate need of a wash (white socks turned grey).

Pros:

Nowness is very good, well located, with various services (pharmacy, supermarket, etc.) and entertainment (bars and restaurants) nearby, making it possible to get around on foot. The city center and other tourist destinations are around 15 to 20 minutes away by car (I used Uber and Didi the whole time, because a friend, a local resident, warned that taxis are more expensive, the cars are old and they like to rip off tourists). Nowness is wonderful, very good beds, well decorated and equipped (hairdryer, iron, refrigerator and large stove, microwave, pots, glasses, etc.), living room with dining table, lounge and TV with streaming, also has a balcony in the apartments and a very large rooftop. The staff are all helpful and polite.

Cons:

The only downsides (but which didn't affect the wonderful stay) were the lack of air conditioning (I didn't need it, but I don't know if it would be a problem in the summer) and the shower, which is good but not "stable"—it's either too hot (I even burned my arm one day) or when you try to open the cold water just a little to equalize the temperature, it gets freezing. The shower was a difficult part of the stay lol.... but I loved Nowness.
