Loads and loads of cockroaches and ants in the room and alleyway to the room, the bathroom had an awful smell that was almost unbearable and the room is quite hard to find as it’s not signposted

Location is superb
It's infested with ants and cockroaches. We saw (and killed) several in one night. The alleyway leading to the property is dark and dirty. We told the owner about the cockroaches in the room and asked for a partial refund, he said we should have taken photos. We had to sleep with all the lights on to prevent more cockroaches from emerging. Would never stay again, despite the great location.

I saw a few cockroaches in front of the property.
The room is big and comfortable. I can extend my stay at reasonable price. The location is right in the center of D3, easy to access to various places in D1 & D3.
The WC is kind of small. But it's clean and still fine.
It is a very quiet and comfortable room. The bed is comfy. The overall room design and facilities are decent for me. The dark alley accessing to the place may be an uneasy experience for some people but I can't help loving that experience.
The check-in process required me to communicate with the staff via Zalo or WhatsApp and it took quite a while to receive the response while waiting in the dark alley. The bathroom is much smaller than expected even though I am okay with that limited space.
Good location in district 3. Decent value for money. Easy to check in with key card in lock box. After contacting them we paid a small amount extra to stay until the evening on the day of check out which was extremely useful.
The alleyway leading up to the property was a little dingy, which of course is not a fault of the owners. There was a cockroach in the room on day 1.
The toilet/shower is small and in view of anyone on the bed.
Due to it being a basement flat, it was slightly damp, although a dehumidifier was provided which was good.
It was very private and comfortable, if I needed help with anything the owner was easy to contact and responded very quickly and efficiently.
On my last day I mentioned that my flight was at 16.00 and they were very kind and let me check out 4 hours late, free of charge. This is the first time that this has happened to me and I would like to thank the owners again for their outstanding hospitality.
