The rooms and property were beautiful, tranquil, and felt perfectly placed in the surrounding nature. You could hear the rain and sounds of nature outside in the morning and at night like a natural soothing soundtrack. The breakfast was great and they were open to requests. There was a mosquito net on the bed. The common area with a fireplace to sit by, games to play, and some items for purchase was nice (I bought some local pepper). We appreciated the interior and exterior design concept of the whole hotel. The staff were friendly, accommodating, helpful, and always available. To reiterate, the rooms and property were absolutely beautiful.
I'm vegetarian, and the vegetarian options were extremely limited. The first day we got there, there were no vegetarian options on the menu, so the staff added spaghetti when I asked what I could eat, and they charged as much as a full entree for it. When it arrived, it was clearly just cooked noodles, a can of tomato sauce, and they put grated yellow cheese on top. Not worth over 45,000. The options remained very limited on other days (mostly soup, cooked vegetables, or spaghetti). Zero vegetarian protein options, except maybe lentil soup. I would be more understanding of the limited menu if the prices were more fair, but the meals were expensive for not much value. My partner who does eat chicken said that the meals with chicken were also not worth the price. Finally, on the last day, we asked for fried rice with egg, since we figured that might be easy enough to make, and they gave us steamed rice in a bowl and a couple sunny side up eggs in a separate plate. I feel bad saying this, because the staff were perfectly lovely and attentive (and also seemed a bit overworked). It isn't a service issue AT ALL. It's an issue with quality of food offered for the price. We also tried a couple other hotel restaurants in the area for lunch while exploring, and they were cheaper and much better quality.
This is a less important concern, because I understand this is to be expected when living in the forest, but I was slightly concerned about hygiene a couple times. The first day (the day of the bad spaghetti) my cup wasn't completely washed and I had to ask for a replacement. I also noticed that there was significant staining on one of the bath towels in the room. We did see a lizard on our wall and heard of a spider in someone else's bathroom.

Colchón y almohadas muy incómodas. Teniendo en cuenta que las excursiones terminan pronto, y que el hotel está en un sitio aislado, creo que debería de haber alguna opción para distraerse un poco. Personal poco amable. Tuve un problema con mi vuelo y les solicité anular una noche y no me dejaron, a pesar de que el hotel estaba medio vacío y no les hubiera supuesto una molestia importante
De ligging, waanzinnig natiurgebied. De night walk direct vanuit de lodge waarbij je zo het bos inloopt en kameleons en nacht-lemuren ziet echt prachtig
De keuken kan wat beter. Het is niet slecht maar heb elders wel echt beter gegeten.
Te overwegen is een zwembad, wij hadden daar niet direct behoefte aan maar denk dat hey de lodge wel aantrekkelijker zou maken

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It is incredibly well-maintained, spotless, and the food is simply excellent. The owners and the staff are extremely warm, friendly, and always happy to help.
The Wi-Fi is great throughout almost the entire property. The grounds are filled with gorgeous flowers and beautifully landscaped gardens, and there’s even a charming little lake that is lovely to stroll around during sunset.
I can’t recommend this place enough—it truly elevated our entire experience to a whole new level. Without a doubt, it’s one of the most beautiful and welcoming places I have ever stayed at. Words and photos simply cannot do justice to how amazing this place and the overall experience were.
If I could rate it higher than 10/10, I definitely would!
One of the best places to stay in Madagascar. A very beautiful place to enjoy holidays , located in lush green rainforests of Andasibe, away from hustle bustle of city life . Wonderful staff , lovely food . Wish my itinerary would have allowed me to stay a bit longer. Will visit you again !!
Absolutely nothing .
Très beau complexe de bungalows au calme, en pleine nature. Le matin, on entend les lémuriens crier dans la forêt. Le personnel est très sympathique. Je recommande le restaurant.
The staff was excellent. The location leaves behind the diesel and dust of the roads for quiet calm lush green. You can hear the Indri calls from your room. The property looks like a landscape architects dream project.
