Location and great air conditioning.

Cons:

The property was quite run down. Our room was very basic. There was only coffee available for the maker for one day. They feed birds in the restaurant and then they poop all over. It was very unsanitary. The pool water was green so we didn't use it which was disappointing because that is why we chose the hotel to begin with.
