Baleni

We enjoyed our stay at Baleni very much! Anna and Vardan a wonderful hosts: very kind and warm hearted people! The room and bathroom were perfectly clean, the bed very comfortable, the breakfast fantastic and Anna prepared a delicious dinner for us, which was especially tasty!! Thank you so much!! Last but not least: the communication was always easy: Anna speaks very well english and Vardan too.

Beautiful place. It's a room in the house of the host, a very nice family. Everything is clean, specious and comfortable. I got amazing ideas for nearby sites to visit. Delicious and rich breakfast, full of products from their garden.

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und strahlt eine wunderbare Ruhe aus. Die sehr nette Gastgeberin bereitet nicht nur ein tolles Frühstück sie spricht auch sehr gut Englisch und kann viele hilfreiche Tipps für das erkunden der zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten geben.

Очень гостепреимные хозяева. Были проблемы с машиной - помогли найти автомастерскую. К сожалению, попали в аварию, но Вартан помог нам с полицией и страховой. Постоянно был рядом и поддерживал. И несмотря на очень поздний выезд, нас покормили завтраком и уверили, что это не проблема. Однозначно остановимся здесь ещё раз если будем в этих краях.

Vriendelijke ontvangst, de gastvrouw en -heer praten beiden Engels. Ze geven je een warme welkom en proberen je te helpen met al je wensen ivm uitstappen. Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel en familiaal verblijf. Ik zou het zeker aanraden en terugkomen als ik nog eens in Sisian ben. Al is het maar voor hun heerlijk, uitgebreid ontbijt. Het beste dat ik had in Armenië!

Excellent and rich breakfast!

It is said that not too many travelers stay overnight in Sisian. If they experienced the quiet, inobtrusive hospitality and kindness of the family running Baleni we are certain many more would decide to stay in this town. The room we stayed in was remarkably large as if we were staying in aristocratic salon. Of course it was impeccably clean and well furbished. And the traditional Armenian gata freshly out of the oven and delivered to our door upon our arrival in the evening simply melt our hearts away.

Thoughtful family managing this nice guest house. They put a lot of effort into making sure my stay was comfortable.

Great place in all respects. Very large comfortable room with balcony, good (shared) bathroom, welcoming hosts who are happy to chat but not intrusive and they serve a fantastic breakfast.

The hosts above all else, they were welcoming, kind and generous, taking the needs of the guest to their heart. The house had a nice patio with a calming view of the mountains and the garden. It was clean and the bedsheets were snow-white.
