Pros:

Very kind and hospitable host, great english comunication ( the best we have experinced in Armenia). Host arranged a trip to Uchtasar to see petroglyphs, it was amazing. Perfectly served breakfast and also tastefull.

Cons:

A bit difficult to close doors and to close faucets. A more of a homestay than a personal appartement experience (not a problem just didn't expect it).

Отличное место, если собираетесь на камни и дальше на юг
Pros:

Очень чистая комната, удобная кровать, белоснежное белье. Свой балкон, вид на горы. Вкусный завтрак. Лекция мужа хозяйки об истории Армении, о камнях и языке

Cons:

Не то чтобы не понравилось, просто я кажется не дочитала в описании, что общая ванная и туалет. Хотя в принципе она рядом с комнатой, чистая, но был дискомфорт из-за привычки, что ванная это личная территория

Pros:

Great guest house on the outskirts of town. The host family was very kind. Excellent breakfast! Welcome to use veranda & living room. Clean comfortable rooms. They helped give us dinner suggestions and helped us in many small ways.

Cons:

It was a bit of a walk from down town. But very manageable.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at Baleni very much! Anna and Vardan a wonderful hosts: very kind and warm hearted people! The room and bathroom were perfectly clean, the bed very comfortable, the breakfast fantastic and Anna prepared a delicious dinner for us, which was especially tasty!! Thank you so much!! Last but not least: the communication was always easy: Anna speaks very well english and Vardan too.

Pros:

Beautiful place. It's a room in the house of the host, a very nice family. Everything is clean, specious and comfortable. I got amazing ideas for nearby sites to visit. Delicious and rich breakfast, full of products from their garden.

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und strahlt eine wunderbare Ruhe aus. Die sehr nette Gastgeberin bereitet nicht nur ein tolles Frühstück sie spricht auch sehr gut Englisch und kann viele hilfreiche Tipps für das erkunden der zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten geben.

Pros:

Vriendelijke ontvangst, de gastvrouw en -heer praten beiden Engels. Ze geven je een warme welkom en proberen je te helpen met al je wensen ivm uitstappen. Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel en familiaal verblijf. Ik zou het zeker aanraden en terugkomen als ik nog eens in Sisian ben. Al is het maar voor hun heerlijk, uitgebreid ontbijt. Het beste dat ik had in Armenië!

Pros:

Очень гостепреимные хозяева. Были проблемы с машиной - помогли найти автомастерскую. К сожалению, попали в аварию, но Вартан помог нам с полицией и страховой. Постоянно был рядом и поддерживал. И несмотря на очень поздний выезд, нас покормили завтраком и уверили, что это не проблема. Однозначно остановимся здесь ещё раз если будем в этих краях.
