Attempt of scam: I booked a "triple room with a balcony" but I was accommodated on the basement floor, and only after a little argument they offer me the room with balcony, but only the next day.

This hotel doesn't worth money
Pros:

Location is good

Cons:

When i arrived i've waited about an hour, because staff hadnt seen my name on a list.
The bathroom wasnt properly cleaned, there also was bas smell. Furniture is old, shower was leaking

Pros:

The location was excellent. Close to taksim square metro, funicular and tram. The accommodation was neat and clean, good living space and kitchenette. Safe neighborhood. Host emre and brother were very kind and helpful. Would love to stay again.

Value for money, central location near main taksim square.

Cons:

Sadly, few things didn't really match. Sometimes I think it's related to the fact that if guest with same turkish background arrive, unfortunately they are not treated in the same manner as other guests!
1. The room first presented was a small room, definitely not a triple room and no balcony as per reservation. After a little conversation (first they offer to cancel, which was bad) we have presented with another triple room, still no balcony!
2. The room was spacious but many damage everywhere, handles were broken, bathroom door was smashed. Furniture in general rundown
3. The last 2 days before leaving we have been asked to change the room again, because of family with children will be arriving. Not really pushed to it- in a polite manner but still not really acceptable

I think service in general needs a lot improvement
