Fantastic stay!
Pros:

Clean, modern, comfortable apartment at an excellent location in the city. Good, mostly new amenities. Friendly staff who also recommended us a fantastic restaurant in the area. We'll definitely be staying here again if we go to Cologne.

Cons:

Minor nit: One window blind was broken in the apartment.

Quiet peaceful spot in the midst of a busy city
Pros:

The location was great -on a very quiet street yet close to both the Belgian Quarter and the Altstadt as well as abundant shopping. It was walkable from the Hauptbahnhof in about 15 minutes. The proprietor met us in person despite a late-ish hour (9 pm) and was very friendly and eager for us to have a good stay (e.g. offering us late checkout if needed at no cost, since no one was arriving right after us). The apartment felt brand new, was ample sized with abundant storage, and lots of natural light. The mattress was clearly higher quality than one often gets. The blackout shades were great. It was chilly out but the radiators kept it nice inside.

Cons:

Nothing significant at all, but the tv is in an awkward position to watch easily from either the table or the bed and the closeness of the side of the bed to the closet doors/drawers was also a little awkward. Neither interfered with enjoying the stay.

Alışveriş merkezlerinin ve marketlerin tam ortasında yer alıyor; katedral, altstadt, heumarkt gibi yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. Odalar geniş, ev konforu sunuyor ve kahve makinası, fırın, bulaşık makinası gibi günlük kullanılan eşyalarla donatılmış.

Daha temiz olabilirdi, kullan at terlikler daha kaliteli olabilirdi, stor perdeler biraz yıpranmıştı,

Easy und problemlos im Zentrum von Köln
Pros:

Super nette und engagierte Dame am Empfang. Sie hat uns bei allem geholfen und wir konnten sie immer kontaktieren.
Das ganze Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich.
Bei der Abreise haben wir unsere Kopfhörer im Zimmer vergessen - die Dame hat uns sofort angerufen und wir konnten noch rechtzeitig umdrehen und sie noch schnell einsammeln. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles!!

Cons:

Für enge Freunde oder Familie ist die Privatsphäre im Zimmer ausreichend - wenn man allerdings nicht so eng ist, könnte die Situation ohne Türe zwischen den beiden Zimmern stören. Für uns war es aber in Ordnung.

Pros:

We stayed at DASKoeln for the fourth time and were once again very pleased with our stay. The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The cathedral and other city attractions are close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful in every respect. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We would definitely choose it again and highly recommend it.

Pros:

Mooie studio, Plezierig contact met verhuurder. Midden in het oude centrum van Keulen.

Cons:

De directe locatie is wat saai; uitzicht vanuit de studio was op de zijkant van een warenhuis wat best saai is.

Clean, Spacious, and Incredibly Helpful
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was spotless, and the staff were not only super friendly but incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They even brought extra pillows tailored to our preferred firmness. Their local knowledge was spot-on. We received excellent recommendations for breakfast spots and personalized advice on which Christmas markets to visit based on what we enjoy. It made exploring the area feel effortless and curated. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-designed. The location was perfect: a quiet area, yet only a short walk to everything we needed, including the train station and several Christmas markets. Overall, a fantastic stay from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Cons:

This is a personal preference aspect - the shower fixture in our room could use an upgrade. The setup in that particular room only offers a handheld shower and an overhead rain shower, which isn’t very practical - especially when the handheld can’t be fixed at a comfortable height. I either have to use the handheld awkwardly or get my hair wet every day. A standard adjustable showerhead that works both as a handheld and can be set at body height would make a big difference. The current option may look fancier, but not ideal for longer stays.
