Ein erstklassiges Hotel mit hervorragendem Service 11 Punkte wäre angemessen

Wir hatten einen rundum hervorragenden Aufenthalt und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Das gesamte Team war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, wodurch wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt haben. Das Zimmer war modern, sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet, sodass wir bestens schlafen konnten.

Great apartment, service, and location. Very highly recommend.
Pros:

The apartment was so well equipped, in great and spotless condition, in an awesome location to see Köln by foot. In a time where many such places are self service, we were greeted, shown around, and nothing would have been too much trouble. The service was beyond top notch.

Top, ruim, goed uitgeruste relatief nieuw appartement in hartje stad Keulen: Aanrader!
Pros:

Zeer centraal gelegen en een zeer ruim appartement. We verbleven hier met drie vrienden, zelden een appartement in deze prijsklasse gezien met zoveel ruimte. De voorzieningen zijn simpelgoed: alles wat je mag verwachten: goed geoutilleerde keuken, fijne douche, goede bedden.

Cons:

Het was onduidelijk hoe uitgecheckt moest worden. Hoewel er een receptie op de begane grond aanwezig was, was die zelden bemand. Op zich geen probleem, maar een duidelijkere instructie hoe het appartement achter te laten en waar de sleutel te laten, was prettig geweest. Een eenvoudige flyer, of een instructie op de toegangsdeur van het appartement, zou eenvoudig hebben bijgedragen.

Sehr gut gelegen, alles fussläufig erreichbar
Innerhalb 2 Minuten direkt in der Innenstadt.
Zum heumarkt und Dom ca 10 min und zum schönen Rhein auch nur 10 min fussläufig.
Apartment sauber und gepflegt, tolle Küche mit allem was man braucht.
Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit

dern apartment. Great quiet location near all main attractions. Underground station nearby or alternatively within walking distance to Cathedral ( 10 minutes). Great selection of restaurants nearby as well as supermarkets.
.Had much needed air conditioning. Beds really comfortable. Plenty cooking utensils with oven and hob.
Cosmina and the owner( who lives in the hotel) we're very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
Lovely to have slippers. Fab shower.

Cons:

Nothing.
Minor suggestion.. a hook in the bathroom for towels/ clothes.

Perfect location in a comfortable, calming oasis.
Pros:

This was a great stay. The location couldn't be beat, it is so walkable to all of the old city center (or a concert I attended at Tanzbrünnen across the river). It's also barely a block from a metro entrance in case you're going further out. There are also tons of restaurants and the nightlife is short walk away, as well. My local friends I met up with or dropped by all said that they planned to recommend it in the future to other friends and family who ask. I even forgot my retainer soaking in a glass, and they found it and mailed it to me!!

I ran into some other friendly guests in the halls or elevators, but inside my room you could imagine no one was in the building - it is very well insulated, quiet, and feels very private. I always had the impression that I could get help at any time if I needed it, and whenever I passed staff in the lobby I was met with a warm smile and greeting.
