The place is overall very great, luxury and professtional, just had some technical drawbacks.
Pros:

Excellent service and staff!

The food was delicious!!!

Cons:

They did not heat the room before checkin, so it was very cold, almost 3 hours, until it became normal temperature.

They also had internet issues and overall electricity issues.

Новый чистый отель, с красивым дизайном. Профессиональный персонал. Мы бронировали стандартный номер, но отель комплементарно повысил категорию номера. Всё было идеально

Wirklich cool
Pros:

Ein sehr ausgefallenes Hotel. Es ist alles sehr sauber und komfortabel.

Cons:

Das Personal ist durchgängig höflich und nett. Teilweise aber noch etwas unwissend. So gab es keine Weinkarte und ich habe die Weine am Kühlschrank ausgesucht. Oder als wir ein lokales Bier bestellt hatten kam ein Deutsches. Von daher kleine Abzüge 😀.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Mountree last weekend. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. Highly recommend!
