Disappointing. Luxurious appearance, but the details that truly matter are neglected.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, especially the syrniki. The location and the view were excellent.

Cons:

Unfortunately, a few small issues that could have been easily fixed made our stay much less enjoyable.
The curtains did not fully cover the window, so daylight came in from around 7 AM and woke our baby. When we mentioned this, we were told it was intentional, but for us this is a limitation, not a feature. Guests who want daylight can simply open the curtains.
There was also no mosquito net on the window. We were told it wasn't needed on the 4th floor, but there were many insects around the decorative lights on the building right near our window. We couldn't keep the window open, as they would come inside, so we had to use the AC at night.
Unfortunately, in the middle of the night, the AC suddenly started making a very loud noise and woke the baby again.
All of this completely ruined our trip, as our sleep was constantly disturbed. We came here specifically to rest and relax, but unfortunately, we experienced the opposite.
The restaurant food, except for breakfast, was quite average considering the high prices.
I wasn't planning to leave a negative review, but in the morning our feedback was simply ignored, and we were told that everything was as intended. That response was especially disappointing.

The place is overall very great, luxury and professtional, just had some technical drawbacks.
Pros:

Excellent service and staff!

The food was delicious!!!

Cons:

They did not heat the room before checkin, so it was very cold, almost 3 hours, until it became normal temperature.

They also had internet issues and overall electricity issues.
