Exactly as expected, great location and lovely staff
Pros:

The hotel was exactly as shown in the photos. The room was spacious and very clean, the breakfast was good, and the location was excellent, literally next to the Pamukkale pools. There is also a small free parking area right beside the hotel, which was very convenient. We especially liked having free tea available on the terrace throughout the day. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The only downside was the shower head, which sprayed water in every direction and made showering a bit of an adventure.

Hotel pulito a pochi passi dall'ingresso delle famose vasche di travertino di Pamukkale. Ottima colazione. Staff gentilissimo ci ha permesso di rientrare dopo avere lasciato le stanze ed usufruire della doccia dell'hotel fornendo asciugamani e bagnoschiuma. Ottimo il pranzo con prezzo conveniente

La vicinanza all'ingresso centrale delle terrazze, la pulizia della stanza e della struttura in genere. La colazione è quella tipica turca, quindi prevalentemente salata, ed è buona. Non dò dieci perché per un disguido abbiamo dovuto dormire in quattro in una tripla pur avendo prenotato una quadrupla, ma il gestore dell'hotel è stato molto gentile e ci ha fatto uno sconto.

Posto perfetto per visitare Hierapolis, sta davanti all'ingresso di città (da dove si passa per le rocce calcaree. Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo. Stanza grande, carina, pulita, ben attrezzata e ben climatizzata. Colazione non a buffet ma veramente ottima per qualità e quantità. Personale gentile e disponibile. La struttura dispone di un bel cortile interno col pergolato, dove viene servita la colazione e durante tutto il giorno è possibile prendere caffè, tè e acqua, buono per fare una chiacchierata, anche serale, dopo una giornata in giro. Se piacciono i gatti, il gatto bianco e rosso della casa è divertentissimo!

Personal súper agradable, dispuestos a ayudarte en lo que hiciera falta.
Habitación grande y cómoda.
Desayuno delicioso.
Incluso nos permitió ducharnos tras haber hecho el check-out y visitar Pamukkale.
