PALAZZOREFICI

Leider nutzen viele Moped und Motorradfahrer die Gasse vor der Unterkunft als Abkürzung. So war es leider auch nachts immer wieder extrem laut.
Unterkunft ist etwas versteckt. Mit dem Auto (Taxi) schwer zu erreichen, da sehr enge Straße und vollgeparkt.
Von der Flughafenbusstadion am Hafen Beverello etwas weit zu laufen.
Mit schweren Koffern zu Fuß nicht zu empfehlen. Leider muss das Taxi im Kreis fahren da es durch die Einbahnstraßen nicht anders geht und kostet gut 20 €

Очень плохо пахнет на лестнице. Белье и полотенца выглядят несвежими. В номере плохо убирают. Не предлагаются ни чай ни кофе, ни сахар. Чайник не электрический, а к кофеварке нет подходящих капсул.

Le faltaba mucho mantenimiento al apartamento, las sabanas se veian sucias, faltaba limpieza por todas partes, la cocina estaba tan pobremente equipada que no tenia apenas nada, ni cafetera, olla, sarten, tostador, los cubiertos habian sido dorados en su día, pero estaban desconchados, la ducha era pobrísima, la luz del baño no funcionaba y solo emitia flashes estereoscopicos, el soporte de vaciar la cisterna del water estaba descolgado, en resumen, había un gran abandono en general.El trato por parte de la señora que atiende in situ, bastante desagradable, aunque por watshap nos atendió otra persona de mejor manera, pero todo era desastre, despues de pedir una sarten cuando la trajeron no funcionaba con la placa de inducción.. Y por supuesto la relación calidad-precio era de lo peor, pues no fue un apartamento barato. Booking recibió nuestra queja y nos atendió bien, pero el problema ya no tenía solución.

Haarföhn hat gefehlt und wurde auch nicht nachgeliefert. Küche ist extrem rudimentär. Aufhänger im Bad fehlen. Die Dusche ist eine Zumutung. Alles in allem ist alles etwas kaputt.

Very strong sewage smell that filled all apartment. It was horrible
WiFi worked only 1 day out of 4. And it was very slow
What mentioned in description that apartment is sound proof is not true and I could hear neighbors talking all night
Pillows are the thickest and hardest I ever seen. Ended up sleeping without one
AC barely working
Hot water stoped in the middle of shower

Having to send details over whatsapp is not secure.

Only a couple very, very minor annoyances. The water temp in the shower was inconsistent and the heater for the mini hot tub did not work.

Ζητήσαμε χαρτί υγείας , σαπούνι, το ψυγείο είχε παγωτά από προηγούμενους και ήταν βρώμικα !
Σκόνη παντού , πετσέτες δεν μας άλλαξαν καμία ημέρα …. Πολύ βρώμικο δωμάτιο

Very little water pressure in the shower and the cushions in the bedroom are very uncomfortable

Wi-Fi slab , bucătăria poate fi puțin mai echipata exista doar un fierbător de apă și un expresso . A-și fi dorit un tocător de legume , o tigaie și o oala să poți fierbe un ou .

Poor WiFi, horrible water pressure and temperature regulation in shower, nowhere to hang towels to dry, lights in the bathroom that after a while start spazzing out (can cause a seizure in photosensitive epileptics), massive and very uncomfortable pillows, forcing us to sleep on the plain mattress, corners of duvet covers that are torn.

Not enough utensils and cleaning supplies in the kitchenette. The bathroom was a bit dark (no window) too with no separate toilet so quite inconvenient for a group.

Check was all through text but ok. Signage needs to be a little better.
