Breakfast is very very poor,
Room was noisy because entrance door is very cheap and low quality, bathroom is too small snd shower uncomfortable

The hotel does not reinbush the breakfast if depart before the commecement of breakfast. Many hotels gives a bag with fruits and other snacks but this hotel - NO....
Shower curtain is missed / as a result , - the water is everywhere.
Cleaning to be done better. Found hairs everywhere
Staff at reception is not friendly - recommend to change. Cleaning of cups by hand but should be by dish washing machine for desinfection
Tesis gerçekten temizdi. Otel sahibi Türkçe biliyordu ve bize çok yardımcı oldu. Kahvaltıda çok fazla çeşit yoktu ama yeterliydi. Tesisin konumu merkezi gezilebilecek yerlere yakın. Yine yakınlarda Türk lokantaları var yemek konusunda sıkıntı yaşamazsınız. Gerçekten tavsiye ederim.
The hotel is newly decorated so the rooms are quite new. Location is very good near many shops and restaurant and near the bus line Tbilisi-Batumi (walkable distance)
There was a bad smell in the room once we arrived (mixed smell of smoke and incense), we complained but they told us just to open the window to make the smell out but was useless. They will not come to clean your room so for three night nobody cleaned our room. If you want clean towels you have to ask for them. If you use the shower the bathroom will get all wet because there is no door on the shower. Breakfast was very poor

The hotel’s location was excellent, with most of the city’s main points of interest nearby. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, I really liked this hotel.

No shattaf or bidet in the toilet.
No enough parking in front of hotel. Busy road in front of hotel, one line is turned to be cars parking.
The location was good, comfortable beds, clean sheets, renovated bathroom, good fridge and air condition.
The room was dirty when we checked in (toilet and floors) and we had to call the reception to clean it. Next day, our room wasn't cleaned at all, the toilet bin wasn't emptied and nor shampoo or shower gel were refilled. When we asked them "why" they answered that we had to ask for it.
The room had view to a really ugly and odorous backyard and didn't have a mirror (except for the bathroom) nor lights at the side of the beds.

The Hotel has perfect location. It is located at Old Batumi that is heart of Batumi. The hotel is close to Batumi Sea Port and and Black Sea Beach. Also all main attractions are were close with walking and with car at the same time
The staff is very polite and ready to offer their Service. The room was nice and cleaned and no noise was heard inside.
The Hotel offers very tasty breakfast and I think that their products are with high quality.
I met with General Manager-Mrs. Irma and she was very kind and opened to assist.

The space of double room is pretty small .
Personnel was so helpful. Always had warm smiles on their faces. Rooms were clean. Balcony had a beautiful view.
