Amazing
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay at Olive very, very, much. Before arrival the owner has arranged everything for me. Taxi’s, shared safari bookings (even for Sanjay Dubri NP, where I was going to after Olive), he tried to make my stay as pleasant as possible.
The bungalows are spacious and clean, in a nice garden setting with a nice swimming pool.
They brought even me a heater for the cold nights!
A nice, quite luxury bathroom with a rain shower.
I have nothing to complain about.
Although talking in English with the staff was a bit difficult, we found our way and they also did their upperbest.
The accomodation is a 10 minutes drive from the national parks entrance, but I was picked up by the jeep for every safari.
Even after my stay, the owner solved some problems I was facing with!
I defenitely would come back!

Las habitaciones eran muy amplias y la cama muy cómoda. El personal muy muy amable. Nos dieron un calefactor para calentar la habitación aunque era muy frio igualmente. Esta muy bien cuidado y se preocupan en todo momento del bienestar de los huéspedes. ME HICIERON UNA FIESTA DE CUMPLEAÑOS FANTASTICA!

Cons:

No me gusto que no tenia suficiente presión de agua caliente y que hacia mucho frio en las habitaciones. Y zona común.

Olive Tala, Bandhavgarh is a nice property located in a secluded area, slightly interior from the village, which makes it peaceful and relaxing. The swimming pool is a good addition. The staff is courteous, helpful, and provided useful information about the surroundings. Room service was prompt and efficient. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay, though there’s scope for minor improvements.

Cons:

Cleanliness in rooms could be improved — I would rate it around 7.5/10. There is scope for better deep cleaning and small thoughtful additions like a hairdryer in the bathroom, more toiletries, and perhaps better upkeep of common areas. These changes would really enhance the comfort.

Pros:

Nice quiet location, private spacious cottages, with a sitting area, bedroom and bathroom. Strong hot water showers. Staff was really helpful in booking a safari for us.

Safari in Morning Swimming Afternoon
Pros:

Olive is a modern hotel with large cottages, superbly designed, each to accommodate four to six persons. Large well maintained swimming pool, very good food. Very green, lot of flowers, plenty place for children to play. Two kms from Safari ticket counter. Hiralal is very helpful to arrange safari, transport to Umaria train station, ticket counters. Ideal for 10 to 15 strength Groups. We saw Tigress with four 15 month old cubs together on 11 Mar 25, afternoon Safari, Tala zone

Excellent place to stay near Bandhavgarh
Pros:

I and my wife stayed here for two nights as a part of bandhavgarh safari. The place itself is about 5 min drive from Tala gate. The surroundings are very nice, calm and quiet. The staff itself is excellent - always very helpful and keen to provide you with the food that you would like. Mr Prajapati was taking care of us to the last detail. The support staff is also very very courteous. The food taste is great. The rooms are also nice size and well equipped with all the modern amenities. Overall a wonderful place I would highly recommend to stay.

Perfect getaway with friends and/or family.
Pros:

The property is well constructed. The rooms are nice, spacious and bathrooms are clean with good hot water supply. Location is good, surrounded by open agricultural fields. The in-house restaurant is good and the chef is amazing. The menu has indian and chinese items but they are always taking suggestions to cook custom menu for guests!

The service from the hotel staff was exceptional and we really enjoyed our stay at the Olive.
Pros:

We were visiting the Bandhavgarh Tiger park and this hotel was very close and suited us well. The hotel arranged our tickets to the park as well as the Jeep to take us there. The service from the hotel staff was exceptional and they had also arranged our pick up-drop from and to Jabalpur airport . We had chosen full board and we were given a menu each day and were able to choose our lunch and dinner choices. The food was of very good quality and they also provided us with a sandwich breakfast to take with us for the morning safari tours . We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit the Bandhavgarh National Park.

Pros:

perfect place for Sanatani Hindu to stay with family in Bandhavgarh. Food is exactly home style cooked and my kids enjoyed the most. welcome is exactly like Taj with tilak and flower garland.
