The flat is centrally located and conveniently close to everything you need during your stay in Fethiye. I particularly appreciated that the Dolmus (mini-bus service between Fethiye and Ölüdeniz/Kayaköy, Faralya, etc.) bus station is just a 7-minute walk away, and that Migros Merkez (supermarket) is only a 5-minute walk from the property. I highly recommend visiting a restaurant called 'Fethiye Kavurmacısı' (about a 10-minute walk), which serves home-style cooking, and the owner is very kind and attentive to guests. Finally, when I contacted the host during checkout, he came in person to say hello and even offered to drive me to the main bus station. Overall, I had a great experience in the flat and in Fethiye, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return and stay here again.
I can't think of any other concerns, but if I must nitpick, the shower drain requires deep cleaning to eliminate the subtle, unpleasant smell, which could spoil an otherwise pleasant stay for the guests.

Для одной ночи удобные апартаменты. Удобное расположение, рядом с вокзалом и пристанью. Красивый вид из окна. В номере есть все, что нужно. Чайник, посуда, маленькая плита, кондиционер, фен, чай.
Холодная вода, трудно настроить теплую воду.

Location was the only thing we liked about this property.
We stayed there for two days. There was no hot water available for shower. And no heater in the room. Other than a kettle, there is no facility for cooking.

Очень маленький номер. Хорош на 1 или 2 ночи . Не подходит для длительного проживания. Кухня отсутствует, все очень мизерное, негде расположиться.
Очень чисто, комфортно и удобно. Отличное расположение (для нас была важна близость к остановке долмушей в Олюдениз и Кабак), удобное заселение. Хозяин очень быстро отвечает.
Во время нашего проживания в номере не было плиты, хотя в набор посуды входили 3 кастрюли)))).
It was a very comfortable and affordable apartment. Centrally located in Fethiye. A short walk to my Ferry connection to Rhodes. There is hiking nearby and some very interesting tombs right in town.
Good, pleasant and fast communication with contact person. Self check-in is straight forward and fast. Location is good, right in Fethiye town centre.
A few doors down is The Mulberry Tree, where you can have great meals in a nice pleasant atmosphere without harasment. Friendly husband&wife run it. Excellent English speaking, lovely tasty food.
Apartment overall has all the nececities you need. Bed was comfy all generally clean. Wifi available.

The warm water seems to depend on the sunshine that day / solar power. Unfortunately during my short stay of 2 nights. I had a cold shower both mornings. I think they have to consider a warm water back-up plan for winter guests. For 2 nights i could handle it but for a longer stay, i would not be amused.
I had two points of attention for housekeeping. I addressed them directly to the 3 or 4 man powered cleaning team i spoke to the next morning. It was received politely with respect. I did it with my basic Turkish.
Останавливаюсь тут второй раз, очень удобное местоположение, ночью тихо, просторные номера и их немного. Апартаменты свежие, есть все необходимое. А также хочу выразить благодарность хозяину, всегда помогает и на связи по всем вопросам. Обязательно вернемся к вам ещё!
Хорошее расположение вблизи старого города, вокруг много кафе и магазинов. Квартира просторная. Отзывчивый дружелюбный хозяин.
Квартира приятная, но довольно уставшая, заметны всякие мелочи вроде клея на стене от отвалившихся зеркал, пятен на потолке, толстый слой накипи в чайнике, холодный свет (днём при солнечном свете комфортно, вечером довольно уныло находиться в комнате).
На одну ночь меня это не смутило, но наверное приезжать в отпуск на неделю+ я бы не стала.
Окна выходят в сад (что здорово), но не имеют никаких сеток, поэтому приходится выбирать между закрытыми окнами и комарами :(
The room was spacious, clean and very central. Added bonus was a little balcony where we could sit outside. The host's wife met us as she had just finished cleaning the room and we were able to check in at 2pm exactly. Nice strong hairdryer in the room also, which was much better than all of the wall dryers at the other hotels. Was only a short walk to the Old Town Market and through that to the Marina.
Nothing really... the only thing I didn't like was that we only really had an afternoon and one night in Fethiye. Will definitely book a longer stay next time.
Its a great place, clean, enough space, nice small kitchen with some equipment like water boiler etc. as well a balcony, we had a great time, definitely recommended
We loved everything just make sure you dont think that there will be a stove to cook.
