Hosts not long been running the BnB but have plans going forward to change the decor .. wasn’t a problem at all it was far cleaner, welcoming and welcoming than a lot of high end hotels we have stayed at
È stato un soggiorno pessimo sin dal nostro arrivo…la struttura Bromptons è obsoleta, vecchia, il cattivo odore già all’ingresso non incoraggia a restarci . . La camera e il bagno erano sporchi
Sono molto dispiaciuto e arrabbiato per il soggiorno all’hotel Bromptons di Blackpool. Mi avete consigliato un hotel che non risponde per niente ai vostri standard di qualità e alle recensioni lette. È stato un soggiorno pessimo sin dal nostro arrivo…la struttura Bromptons è obsoleta, vecchia, il cattivo odore già all’ingresso non incoraggia a restarci. La struttura è vecchia, mal curata, usurata e puzzava; l’accesso ai piani superiori per le camere è attraverso una scala stretta e ripida con difficoltà a salire i nostri 4 bagagli, la camera assegnataci era la numero 9 al terzo piano, molto piccola per muoversi agevolmente in due persone; al nostro arrivo era fredda, l’accensione di un piccolo radiatore elettrico di aria calda non riusciva a scaldare la camera, nonostante la finestra fosse chiusa erano presenti spifferi di aria fredda che abbiamo tentato di fermare con un asciugamano appeso davanti alla finestra visto che mancavano le tende, c’era una tapparella poco funzionale. La camera e il bagno erano sporchi già dal primo giorno e non sono mai stati puliti nei giorni successivi. La moquettes del pavimento era macchiata e sporca con evidenti macchie scure e residui di cibo, insetti, capelli, patatine, polvere, unghie e mollette per capelli. non era presente un armadio. Il bagno è veramente messo male, gli accessori sono arrugginiti, mancanza di servizi minimi come il sapone sul lavandino la temperatura ambiente sempre fredda, da evidenziare la sporcizia perché abbiamo trovato diversi insetti morti sparsi qua e là, muffa sulle piastrelle, schizzi di muffa e sporcizia sulla porta, rifiniture e stuccature fatte male. Al bagno si accede con difficoltà perché la porta si apre solo di 30 cm ed urta al letto, si allaga.....

Very comfortable and Julie and her partner were very friendly and eager to please. The location was excellent. The room was very clean with little extras like the mini fridge and the ironing facilities. The only negative thing was the smell of "wet dog" in the public areas.
Breakfast was extremely tasty and very wholesome. Very good value for money.
Julie did say that we were the last people to stay in the room as a twin as it would be converted into a double.As both myself and my travelling companion are single women we would obviously prefer to sleep in individual beds, rather than sharing as when booking rooms we actively seek twin facilities. This would obviously be an issue if the hotel didn't provide one .

Breakfast was very good, more than sufficient. Limited range on types of tea but overall very good. Very comfortable bed and slept well. Hosts very hospitable and welcoming.
I paid for a large room 120 sq ft and unfortunately, the room we got was small. However, we managed.

I had to go to doctors when got home was covered in big spots doctor said i had been bitten all over with bed bugs

Julie and Steve were fabulous hosts. They couldn't have been more accommodating. They were so friendly and went out of their way to check we were all happy and comfortable. There was a slight issue with one of the rooms (we had 4 booked) and they fixed it straight away with no fuss. Breakfast was fab and plenty of it and cooked fresh. There were 9 of us and for a girls weekend away we would definitely recommend.
It could do with some updates but Steve and Julie haven't been their very long and are aware of this and are working through them. We look forward to going back and seeing what they have done with the place.

Steve and Julie are great hosts, tidy room, clean bed linen and comfy mattresses on all beds, breakfast is very nice and good quality sausage and bacon.
Could do with some updates to interior but they are new owners.
De eigenaren Heel warm welkom en zeker het ontbijt was zeer goed niets was teveel voor hun De locatie is perfect Kom zeker eens terug Mensen klagen over kleine kamers maar dat viel best mee Je weet wat je boekt In de toekomst gaan ze de kamers opknappen Wij in ieder geval hebben ons goed vermaakt Dank aan Julie en Steven
We loved the breakfast in a morning, Julie and Steve were amazing with us making sure we had everything we needed! Made sure I had lots of extra pillows, had a fab time overall. We both are looking forward to coming back here again as we come to Blackpool once a year typically.
